Bon séjour, expérience fortement dégradé par l'interdiction d'accès aux bains pour un petit tatouage

La vue était très bien avec le mt Fuji et le lac en grands. La terrasse est superbe, ainsi que la réception. La chambre était grande.

Le mobilier un un peu vieillissant et un peu abîmé. La limitation d'accès aux bains (onsen) aux personnes tatouées n'est spécifiée nulle part en ligne. Ceci est très dommageable de ne l'apprendre que sur place, surtout quand les photos jouent sur ces bains qui semblent très atypiques. Je comprends la politique à ce sujet au Japon, mais accueillant des personnes occidentaux, il serait mieux de la part de l'hôtel le préciser lors de la réservation et non une fois à la réception.

Bố mẹ mình đã có một trải nghiệm rất tuyệt vời ở đây. Nếu có cơ hội đến vào mùa thu nhất định sẽ quay lại đây để ngắm lá

10 điểm cho một chỗ nghỉ dưỡng có onsen và view Phú Sỹ, view núi và vườn. View ở onsen hai tầng rất đẹp và thư giãn. Có thể mang bố mẹ già qua đây nghỉ ngơi thì rất tiện lợi( hành lang khách sạn rất dài nên cũng có thể tranh thủ vận động một chút khi đi từ phòng số 01 đến khu onsen, tầm 60 phòng , 250m cho mỗi chiều.Bữa sáng ở đây ngon tuyệt với rau tươi mát, đồ ăn Nhật, Âu đan xen. Bữa tối m chọn phong cách Nhật(kiểu Kaiseki) có thịt nướng rất ngon nhưng sẽ hơi no quá với người không quen ăn kiểu kaiseki

The floor of big Onsen, even the bottom of the big bath tub, were slippery as if it has not been brushed. Tiny bath room.

We can enjoy the beautiful Mt Fuji view during breakfast. The room is spacious and comfortable with beautiful lake view. The staff are very helpful.

Mastercard payment didn’t work and tried 2 different cards. had to pay in cash. the same card have been working for past 2 weeks in Japan everywhere and after check out from this hotel also working with other hotels.

a little bit inconvenient to get to other places, if u didn’t drive,the hotel shuttle bus is the only way to go out. but still very nice I didn’t wait for too long.

We were unlucky with the weather and didn’t get to see mount Fuji at all.

Genuinely Japanese The French restaurant served a very nice dinner.

The entrance (at the back of the hotel) looked a bit old and worn out.

It was closer to the event venue we went to.

The AC wasn’t working. Pretty hot in the room.

Great view to the Mt. Fuji when the weather allows.

The spa area is too far from the rooms and reception desk. Check out time is 11am and the souvenir shop closes exactly 11am, so I had no time to purchase anything there.
