I had an incredible experience at this resort! The beach and swimming pool were absolutely amazing, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I was particularly impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by the receptionist when I had a complaint about the housekeeping. They promptly addressed the issue in a courteous and efficient manner, which truly showcased their dedication to customer satisfaction. It's always reassuring to encounter such exemplary service 👌"
The room service fell short of my expectations, unfortunately. The staff members did not exhibit the level of friendliness I had hoped for. Additionally, the room view was not as impressive as I had anticipated. This was my third visit to the resort, and in the previous two years, I had the opportunity to stay in other buildings, where the rooms were upgraded to provide a partially sea view, which enhanced my experience.
Furthermore, I found that the variety of snacks offered was lacking. It would have been great to see a more diverse selection available.

Most of the staff are polite. The room was very spacious . Decent sandy beach. Several pools and cleanliness upheld . Breakfast was very nice.
A few minor issues in the room like a broken door knob that wasn’t fixed during our stay. There is a big variety of food but most of it was kind of bland. Animation team /activities were very weak with no activities to do on 2 out of 3 nights.

Nothing was good at all from very bad hospitality and very poor food quality and very bad cookers.
Dirty rooms and bed sheets.
Old rooms without any restoration.
No management at all in that property.
Zero animation team which I didn’t see all my stay.
No shows for the residents.
No beach activities
At the end I am not recommending that hotel to any family.

The hotel was very busy and crowded during my stay, it was hard to find a place on the pool or in the restaurants which was also affecting the quality of- services on restaurant and pools
Beach is so shallow, you have to walk for a long distance using the wooden bridge to reach a swimmable location

It was a nice stay and the staff was very helpful, especially Abdulmutleb in the front office and Mahmoud in the pool , they helped too much and all eas good

the food and the aqua park l. the stuff were really so nice they tried to help us in any places. i can’t forget that I ask to change the bed sheet and they change it after 3 minutes from my request

Near to the city
1- I was booking for half board, and as I know in any hotel the drinks for kids are free, they told me to MUST CHANGE THE BOOKING TO FULL BOARD SO I CAN GIVE MY KIDS DRINKS, this was very very bad action from them.
2- the food in "Om ali" restaurant is from the old days not FRESH and not tasted good.
3- the room has no NEW blankets we were sleeping with old blankets and old pillows from old guests
4- I asked for green tea many times at my lunch and it was if i was asking for something very critical and couldn't be done.
5- I requested someone to clean my car because it was very dusty they refused and told me to clean it in the petrol station.
6- Finally I will not come again, because they are not looking for guest happiness ALL WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR IS MONEY

it was facing issues to get a cup of turkish coffee it seemed like a big deal however i paid all inclusive & the turkish coffee was for extra charge and I didn’t mind paying it and still had a hard time getting a cup of turkish coffee

Lovely hotel, excellent food, hotels in good location
Check in took 2 hours as room wasn't ready although we were at correct check in time, this ate into time when we were only there for 1 night, staff were not very welcoming you just seem like a number in comparison to other hotels locally I've stayed in

Great staff, good food, lovely big swimming pools, nice beach, a friendly and not overly pushy "animation" team. The quality of the massages was very good. Stayed in a superior room which was large and very quiet, had a garden/ pool view which I was very happy with. The scuba diving team were great. This hotel is very good value for money and we really enjoyed our stay!!
This hotel is certainly very good value for money but there are one or two things that could be better. The pools need a lot more umbrellas. The hotel was half full and all of the umbrellas were taken round the pool every day. No umbrellas around the adult pools at all, so no shade there.
I am very glad the "red flag" system is in place as the sales people (spa, fish pedicure, camel rides ...) are very persistent particularly the spa sales team who barely leave you alone and additionally hassle you every time you use the bathroom in the spa (the only toilet near the pool)
I went to the spa twice and each time I booked and paid for a 90 minute massage and both times I was only given a 60 minute massage. It seems there is poor communication between the spa sales people and the masseurs. They gave me a free 60 minute massage the following day each time to correct the mistake but I didn't actually want to be in the spa four times!!

The hotel’s restaurant is a disaster! The food looks good from the outside, however the quality and cleanliness of the food is so bad that i got food poisoning 3 times and it was not only me, 2 Polish friends who were staying at the same time had the same issue!
They water the plants and green areas at night with sewage water! Imagine walking at night and literally smelling all the unbearable smell of that water!!
Last and not the least, but the most important point is related to the animation team. I would say there was only 1 decent person “Clay” the Brazilian lady, who was very good and dealt with the guests in a good way.
Regarding the Egyptian male animators, and it makes me feel sad to say what I am gonna say since I am Egyptian, the male animators (without saying names) are literally sexual harassers!! I had 2 Polish friends with me, and one of those animators asked for her instagram and starting texting her inappropriate messages and photos of his intimate parts!!! She didn’t want to escalate the matter, however I wanted her to do so but she didn’t want any trouble! This ended by blocking that person who somehow got her whatsapp number and started texting her saying he is sorry about his behavior!!
The staff in general is not that well representable to Egypt and Egyptian hospitality! I heard so many cursing between the staff members assuming no one would understand!
