Location - proximity to the station and Egham High Street, about 10 minute walk from these; if you want to visit London, the location is excellent; quiet area; well equipped kitchen
Shower was not working properly, there was only hot water running! I could not take a proper shower, had to finish washing myself under the sink tap.
There was some dark marks on the top sheet, as if somebody had put a suitcase or shoes on it.

Well appointed 2 bedroom apartment. We got the ground floor unit which opens out to the yard. Very convenient when you are travelling with heavy luggage. It is a 5 min walk to Egham High Street. Very convenient
We could hear footsteps from the tenants above our floor. Not a big deal, but it would have been a 10/10 without it
4.5
Spacious independant property, allowing son & grandsons to eat together "at home" after exploring the area and their treat of a day at Legoland.

Wasn't property advertised,no parking on the second night ,room to hot to sleep in fans made no difference, couldn't open windows at night as ground floor and open to public and beds standard double not large as advertised .didn't stay second night because only place to park was on street miles away .

Everything is looked after. Place was clean.
Parking is a HUGE issue. Everyday we were told off by different person.... no allocated parking for residents of the property

It's not very clean when we arrived, too small table and no parking place when we there, we contact the company they said we need find it if parking area full(just few parking place). It's very narrow road.

Keep up to date on all details needed to stay in the property via email. Very easy once we arrived. Apartments was very clean could tell it has just been cleaned. Location was great for London and also Thorpe park. Would recommend these to anyone and would stay again in the future.

Location, space
Quite warm and whilst fans supplied not all worked.

Clean and tidy , nice apartments 👌
Cigarette butts at the front door, and people smoking at front door

Comfortable bed and clean modern apartment throughout in a suitable location from us as we were visiting thorpe park and we are from hull so we needed a place to stay. The neighbours were fine and we have no complaints about the noise. Staff are quick to respond via emails.
No parking spaces and no clear indication of where to park so we received a threatening message from the neighbouring accommodation so be aware of that. Also the lounge sofa was tiny and we did not sit on it because there were large stains all over the seat cushions. It was also very warm however we were provided with one large van and a small one to very slightly help with the warmth. Staff do not seem to pick up the phone when you need them so had to email them

It was clean and gave us exactly what we need!

Location was perfect for what we needed. Loved the cute art on walls. Nice little flat and ours (flat 1) was off to the side from the others as well so quite private.
A dirty floor broom being kept in the wardrobe where we are supposed to put our clothes!
2.0
Close to Thorpe park.
Small and uncomfortable sofa in living room so you can not sit in the living room altogether.
You do not get any sleep as people leave / check in early hours of the morning and they are so loud shouting outside there car at each other which is directly outside your bedroom window.
The floor was dirty in the apartment , our white socks was black with dirt from the floor in the apartment.
3.5
Location close to Egham town, train station, and RHUL
Climate change is making the lack of air conditioning uncomfortable

The kitchen was useful
Terrible cleaning the room smelled, the beadsheets had hairs left on them, the apartment was very small and there was not even a window in the bathroom which was one only in 4 people. The doors would not even lock and the staff would answer not nicely
5.0
Good value for London.
Plenty of space with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom.
Very well equipped with everything I needed and much more that I didn't use like the cooker, microwave, washing machine etc.
Parking was easy
I wish I could have stayed longer and made more use of the apartment.
It was a bit fiddly needing to enter a door code to enter the building then enough code to access the key from the box but this was really not a problem at all. The security this provided was resassuring.

The location for Thorpe Park and Windsor was brilliant. We also took the car to Richmond (12 miles away) to get on the nearest Tube. Parking in Richmond all day was £9 where as train would have been £32 for us all. The house was not too far from the M40 taking us to the house and let us get back up North quickly. The apartment was fine for its purpose with parking and location. Egham offered places to eat and have a drink (and watch planes coming out of Heathrow) The house itself is located at the end of a residential street and is quiet and ok if you are not too fussed about airplanes going over from 7am to 11pm (quite enjoyed it actually)
The two double bedrooms, kitchen, 3 tv’s, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and toilet/shower room were all clean and easy to use.
There seemed to be a lot of workmen staying on short, two or three night stays. This meant quite a few vans etc in the car park. The apartment that we had could do with a wee spruce up with some emulsion. There were no batteries in one of the remote controls for the tv and another tv’s remote control was missing. We messaged the owner and although we bought batteries there was a packet there the next day and a remote delivered on day two. So although not great the action taken was done in a good time and manor.
While looking for the remote there were some hankies under the mattress (felt like we were on Four in a Bed, but didn’t really go looking for problems) so inspection to cleaning could have been a bit better

Location, safe and clean. Friendly, accommodating staff.
Duvet and pillows need to be replaced.

lovely apartment - our 2nd stay
3.5
I liked the tv, i liked the bed, the sheet had a sweet scent and they were cotton which was great.
I liked the facilities there was a working microwave, cooker, fridge. There were cups plates, forks, spoons everything i needed to cook.
There was a nice sofa.
The bathroom was nice and clean and everything was in good working order.
I love it home away from home.
The only thing i did not like was that the walls are thin. When other occupants came from work they would stand and chat in the hallway. And i could hear them. Those flats close to me the occupants would let their doors slam. This would happen late at night and early in the morning. Because of this sleeping at those times was hard.

The flat was located close to the town centre, but in a quiet area.
Although it was clean it was in need of redecorating..
It was bigger than we had expected.
It was well equipped for a rental flat; fans, dishwasher, washing machine etc.
There wasn't enough parking spaces for all the people there, perhaps each flat should have an allocated space.
The only way to turn down the temperature of the shower was to turn the water temperature down on the boiler.
The bedding was clean but was showing it's age.
There wasn't much room to get round the bed to get in the far side.

The apartment was close to amenities
It was too hot, it was dirty. I had to buy a kettle because the one left was full of slime. I asked to be refunded and was ignored. The property was too hot and no fans made available

Great location.
Egham is a lovely place with plenty of choices for
Food and close to Windsor and London.
You can sometimes hear the people walking about in the flat above.

Lacking in some essentials like a second chair, small table for eating and writing. Minimal cutlery. Entrance hall dark and laked ventilation.
4.0
Bedroom blinds let in too much light in the early hours of a summer morning.
3.5
beddings were old and mildew and there were no new beddings available. kitchen window was hard to open. Everything else was ok.
4.0
Pillows are very thin and uncomfortable.

Good location, clean and parking included
took 50 minutes over booking on time to get a response from company on door code and flat number. After 9+ phone calls and numerous emails and text messages we finally got into the property. Not great when you’ve traveled 3.5hrs with a 6 yr old and 2 x 80+ yr olds. had to reschedule a meal later because of delay in accessing the property.

comfortable and cleaned
