The staff, the food the view.
Nothing really.

Excelent stay, very friendly staff and a very good location. It was a pleasant location. Good quality meals
Parking spots are a little undersized, but the location makes it impossible to do better and the staff are very helpful in helping you find a good spot to park your car.

Small outdoor pool (separate) which was 34C (meas from apple watch) is nice.
Indoor pool at 32C is ok but connected outdoor section was at 31C and is a bit cold.
No space for parking. Car is taken by a valet and parked somewhere. If you forgot something in your car then its a bit complicated.
I have a room with balcony and is on the same level as the pool. There is an obstruction to the supposedly beautiful view. I always use the balcony to relax while looking at the view. But with this room, I could not do this.
The checkout was also not ok for me. The other receptionist who was free did not call me as I was obviously in the line for checkout. I thought she was busy until some other guest casaully approched her. Took some time to checkout which I dont expect for a 5-star hotel.

everything! its perfect! the location. the rooms. the extra service of the hotel to tour the area. and above all, the perfect staff! all of them. just excellent!
i loved it all!

The food, the SPA/Wellness area and the hotel facilities in general were outstanding! Staff is extremely good and takes your stay at 5 star level. Breakfast was fabulous, lots of variety and also great tea selection and italian-style coffee (no vending machine coffee. Dinner is probably the most impressive with 5 or 7 course menu.
Not all of the staff was speaking good English.

their half-board option is execptional
The floors are very thin. I could constantly hear the footsteps around the proximity

Hotel is nice, spa is really good. Food is also good, especially diners with 5 courses.
Hotel is really close to the ski slopes, but the ski in/out access is actually not always possible in the case if there is not enough snow. Hotel does provide a transport with golf cart for 200 metres (or you can walk) and this works very well.
What have to be in mind, that hotel is close to Olang ski slope, which is quite steep (red slope) and with a lot of moguls in the afternoon. To be able to use a ski slope to the hotel, you have to be a good skier and is not suitable for beginners.

Stuff was great and very friendly
this is not a 5-star hotel. more like 3-4 stars as compared to other Italian/EU hotels in the area.
value for money is really poor. in the same area in Dolomites there are way better hotels for the same price per night (we paid 350 Eur/night during high season - food included). And many alternative options in Austria and France for the same price with shorter commuting time from Airport. it takes around 4h from both Milan or Venice to get to Bolzano.
Rooms were dirty, not always properly cleaned. floors need to be washed from time to time as stuff is only using vacuum cleaners which are not efficient during winter
everything else is rather poor:
- location requires a transfer to the ski slopes when there is little snow (direct access to slopes is then closed)
- rooms are pretty old
- no water / tea / coffee available in the rooms which is odd for a five star
- spa closes at 7 pm, while they switch off sauna at 5,45. so if you like to ski until the last ride, you will not get into the sauna
- spa is quite small and quite simple, you will not find good steam room, hydro massages or anything that can help to recover after skiing.
one rare example of a 5-star hotel where we will hardly want to return in the future. it simply is not worth the money paid for it
however we loved the food
Chef is for sure best in class!
this hotel would have been a great option for <€150/night. So can’t recommend it to anyone.

The location, the staff, the food, the room, the facilities, the pool, just about everything.
The price is a bit steep.

Breakfast was amazing, location was great. staff was friendly and very helpful. a bit remote from town and restaurants but very close to the ski lifts which was our main goal.
rooms were a bit small everything else was exceptional

the food was amazing! also the sauna and relax areas are amazing!

The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful! Nothing was too hard for them. Really nice service and we loved the spa area - sauna with one of the best views ever!

Lovely caring staff, awesome location, great food, very comfortable accomodation, leisure op's galore
What is there not to like - everything is made to feel welcome and comfortable and at ease ✌️

Very friendly staff. Breakfast/Dinner was fantastic. Room service phenomenal. Plenty of things to keep the whole family busy. Location is about 30-40 minutes from Lake Braise, if that's one of the desired areas you wish to visit. No question as to why it is 5-star rated.

I really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner, if you travel to this hotel, for sure you need to take a dinner, it is 6-coursed and accomponied with live music.
I would say that there is a bad situation with parking, there is very few parking lots, which means you have to use a public one nearby, but it is limited to 2 hours for use from 8 to 20. I expect that 5-star hotel has to have enough parking for all guests.
Also there is no guarantee that you will have a valley view. That's was a reason to book the hotel for spectacular views, but instead I had a view of the road.
4.6
Outstanding breakfast and dinner (7 course dinner!).
