About this apartment rental

This unit has two bedrooms, 1 with a queen size bed and 1 with two twin beds. A great option for families! This 1st floor unit has a spacious, open concept living, dining and kitchen area with views of the Pilgrim Monument. Cute sitting porch in front that is a great people watching spot and a large, private screened porch in rear, with fold down table for al fresco dining or just enjoying the outdoors. Home features in unit laundry, fully stocked kitchen with dining area that can be expanded to accommodate up to 8 people. All linens provided.
Wireless internet connection throughout the unit and a desk/work space available in the main bedroom. Living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and CD stereo. A separate flat screen TV and DVD player are provided in the main bedroom.
In season, each of the bedrooms and the living/dining area have window air conditioners to keep you cool. The unit also has full baseboard, forced hot water heating system for the colder weather periods.
You can walk to virtually everything Ptown has to offer - restaurants, clubs, bars, shops, galleries, bay beaches - from this centrally located unit.
The unit has one assigned parking space right in front. Additional parking (for a fee in season) is available directly across the street.
The location is a short walk from where both of the 90 minute high speed ferry services dock on Macmillan Pier, during the season, to and from Boston. That means you won't even need a car to get here and you can avoid the lower cape and bridge area traffic getting on and off cape.

We had a very pleasant for our family of four. Paris: - Location to everything you want to do without being in the chaos of Commercial Street - Amenities are well thought out including washer/dryer, soap, beach supplies, games, etc - Good communication and direction Point to Consider: - Some of the equipment in the home could be updated, but is functional. Overall, a solid choice for a family or group of friends traveling to Ptown.

House was perfect for our stay-centrally located so we could easily walk to center of town (and let our teen safely do so alone) but also easy to get in and out by car and avoid crush of provincetown traffic. Everything well equipped. House was quiet and peaceful. Lovely stay.

The unit was perfect for us (3 men), fully stocked with pretty much all you should ever need to have at a place near the beach, including all kinds of cooking utensils, spices, bedding, beach chairs/blankets, etc. The beach is nice and only a very short walk from the unit (5 mins or less). Downtown where it is all happening is also right there. Neighbors were great, and the parking space that comes with the unit is right next to the front door. The small front porch was perfect to catch a little sun, or to people watch. The larger rear screened in porch was quiet, private, and relaxing. Overall, the unit has all of the comforts of home, and wonderful personality all of its own. P-Town of course, is magnificent!

It was a very nice place, lots of personal touches. Lots to tissues and toilet paper. The beds were comfortable and plenty of kitchen tools to use when cooking and eating The ACs were nice and cold, kept the place cool when needed. There were plenty of towels for showeting. The parking spot was large enough for our truck. It felt like a home away from home. We would definitely rent again.

The space was more beautiful than the pictures! Very comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. We wanted space to play games and it was perfect. The kitchen was nice and it was easy walking distance from the Main Street. Very fun!

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway and within walking distance to Commercial Street. Everything was just as described and it really felt like our home away from home. This was our first Vrbo rental and we would definitely recommend Kevin to other guests for a great Vrbo experience. Extra thankful for the K-cup machine!!! Best, Dionne

This is our third time staying at this property and once again we had an amazing time. The property is always clean, stocked with home / cleaning supplies and ready to go. The location is amazing. It’s close enough to the heart of town to walk to everything, but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle on a busy holiday weekend like this one. We had a last-minute change / accommodation that the owner Kevin was more than happy to help us with. We would definitely stay there again!

This was our third stay at this property and it was, once again, fantastic. The cozy condo was very clean. It had all the feelings of being at home. The amenities were perfect. From cooking a nice meal to relaxing while catching a show, the condo feltlike our own home. It is conveniently located . My partner has events at the library and she was able to get there quickly. For me, being located close to town was perfect. Kevin was, as usual, the perfect host. He is quick to respond and made the stay perfect. Thanks once again for a fantastic visit. We are looking forward to next year!

Very comfortable and well appointed home. The kitchen is fully equipped/stocked for all cooking needs, including outdoor grill and spices above the gas range. It is centrally located and within easy walking distance to the town center and its restaurants. There is a terrific corner store a block and a half away with groceries, beer/wine, excellent baked goods, sandwiches, etc. I would rent this VRBO again.

We loved our stay on at Kevin's place. It was super close to Commercial Street and well outfitted with everything we needed. While not huge the space was cozy and welcoming with super comfortable beds. I found all the little labels in the apartment telling us how things worked really helpful. All of us agreed we would be happy staying here again. The only thing that might stop this being an ideal location for you is if your car is too big. We have a Toyota Highlander and our car fit with a little room to spare, but not much.

Kevin thought of everything for his guests. The location is about a 2 minute walk from Far Land Provisions. Need a sandwich, coffee or alcohol, this is your spot. Take a coffee back and sit on the front porch. The house is warm and inviting and plenty of space for four people. The convenience of trash and recycling disposal is amazing. I would absolutely stay again.

We had such a great experience with Kevin last year that we were back this year for Bear Week and will be back in October for Spooky Bear. He keeps an incredibly clean, well stocked( paper towels T.P. napkins, etc) and organized place. It is a very comfortable property within short walking distance to everything in Ptown. He is most gracious in his communication and overall has been a true find. Thank you Kevin!

My friends and I planned a week long trip to Ptown at the beginning of July. We loved everything about Kevin's property! The interior felt very comfortable and relaxing and we enjoyed lounging in the common spaces when we weren't out exploring. The location made it close enough to walk to anywhere you need on Commerical St. We found the unit perfect for our needs, well stocked with items, and would stay again. Thanks!

Three folks, three nights - would recommend. Pros: rare setup of two beds in a room (great for those who don't want to share a bed), good value for Ptown, everything functional and present (e.g., kitchen supplies & tools, basic toiletries, umbrellas), central enough East End location (right north of the library, ~7 min walk to town hall). No real cons - maybe if you're a very light sleeper, the window unit AC can be loud, and you may hear upstairs neighbors or light traffic. But wasn't a big issue for any of us.

Kevin’s property is amazing. The location is perfect for experiencing downtown Provincetown. The home is well appointed and it was spotless when we arrived. Kevin was a tremendous communicator and provided all the information we needed for a fantastic weekend reuniting with college friends. I highly recommend booking this home.

This space was perfect for a short stay in P-town. Comfortable and quiet while still very close to Commercial Street and anywhere we wanted to be. Arrival and departure were hassle free and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout the house.

My two friends and I had a fabulous winter weekend at Kevin’s home. Everything you could possibly need was there. Location was perfect. Beds were SO comfy! Very clean and I am picky. All the small touches made it so extra special. We truly loved all the decorations and the warm homey feel. We cannot wait to have the pleasure to stay here again. It was a perfect Holly Folly weekend experience. Kevin was super responsive to all messages and left all the information we needed to know. Definitely 5 stars for us!

My wife, daughter and I typically vacation in Cape Cod in October each year. We normally stay in Provincetown where we have over sand SUV access at Race point. The restaurants in the area are very good, and the town shops are varied and interesting. Kevin’s place is in a central location, with access to most of the town in walking distance. That saves money because Kevin provides a parking spot at his house, and parking is at a premium in Provincetown. The house has a very comfy feel to it. It is well equipped for our party of three. This was our second visit to Kevin’s house, and it won’t be out last. We would highly recommend checking out this VRBO location. Kudos Kevin!

Kevin is an amazing host! The location is perfect to get to Commercial St. and rte. 6. Pretty much anywhere in Ptown. The house beautifully decorated, clean, and felt like home. We have already decided to stay again next year. Hands down the best place we have stayed at in all of our visits😁❤️

This was our second time at this rental and would definitely come back again. Be aware though that there is really no outdoor space. Master bedroom bed was a little soft for my preference was only other issue.

I spent more time indoors than I expected because the apartment was so cheerful. Kevin's attention to detail was amazing from the lighting, well placed chargers, and so many other small details. It felt like being in a perfect bed and breakfast, but with a kitchen and a lot of space.

Easy walk to MacMillan & Commercial St, CVS and bicycle rentals. Far Land Provisions is right around the corner. Conwell St has no sidewalks and traffic can be heavy, which is a little unnerving; you can walk through the parking lot across the street though.The house is well appointed, a bit too dark inside for my taste but fine.
