House was wonderful. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. We were a group of 4 and there was plenty of space to spread out. Convenient to King Street. Everything is walkable. On site parking is a plus.

Location was great. We could walk to most every place we wanted to go. The house was clean and well stocked for us. There is lots of room in this adorable house. We also had off street private parking which is a definite plus. The host was extremely nice and stayed in touch with us in case we needed anything.

It was very easy to book, check in, and communicate with the property managers! This house is perfect for 11, we all fit nicely and had enough room to not feel on top of one another! The property managers were very quick to respond via phone and email and even helped us find extra parking for our 3rd car. The only thing to note is that I’m not sure 14 adults would fit and the kitchen is sparsely stocked with plates and cups!
Overall great experience and would recommend for big groups!

Great place to stay!
Very nicely renovated older home. Updated to be very comfortable without sacrificing a lot of nice original details (fireplaces, hardwood floors, etc.). Check-in was a breeze, and we were texted several times to be sure everything was okay. Nice extras (well equipped kitchen, nice-sized bedrooms, and two porches to name a few). The location was good. A bit of a hike to main downtown, but easy enough for the young adults. Several good restaurants and a Family Dollar store within a block or two. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Bedrooms kitchen great but it ends there 🥺
House needs extensive cleaning dirt and dust everywhere large hole in wooden floor splinters protruding worse was not being Informed large construction ongoing directly across street 2 old abandoned buildings next door living room furniture needs to be replaced having use Vrbo before not happy with this one if improvements made in five years with construction completed the house has great potential ☹️

Nice House, Convenient Location
Great accessibility to upper king street, cute house, comfortable beds, nicely appointed. Ideal for groups of 10 or less. A little tight for more than 10.

Cutest place ever
This was a lovely home. 5 adults stayed for a few days and really enjoyed ourselves. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was phenomenal. We loved it. I recommend Charleston and also this house.

Property was nice. Rooms were spacious. Some cleaning was missed. Garbage was not taking out in one of the bathrooms, coffee pot was not cleaned out. Parking was a nightmare & location was not ideal.

Cute Place
I stayed here either a group of friends for a bachelorette party. I loved that there were plenty of bathrooms and beds. When you first arrive I will admit, the surrounding buildings look questionable but there were never any issues. It is very conveniently located within a walking distance to downtown. The beds were the comfiest beds I’ve probably ever slept in. There were some issues with cleanliness but that was communicated with the host. The host had excellent communication and very quick response time.

Beautiful home and garden in quiet neighborhood
The home was incredibly cute and clean. We were there to watch my daughter row in NCAA championships so the location was ideal. Tons of great coffee shops, restaurants and bars nearby making it great for being a tourist. Check in and out was very easy and made the stay very low stress!

Big Place
Property was nice. Sleeps 14 which is a plus.
There was some issues when they arrived. The property manager was contacted and they were resolved immediately. After that it was smooth sailing.

Great location
Nice place, clean, check in process was smooth. We had 8 guys staying here for a golf trip. Easy to get Uber’s around, and right on long street so walking distance to tons of bars/restaurants.
To the comments that said it was in a bad section of town, that’s completely false. There is older/boarded up houses around the area but that is because Charleston has a regulation that houses over a certain age cannot be knocked down, so it looks like many of them are being rehabilitated

Amazing location and great interior!
This house is perfect for any large group visiting Charleston, especially if you’re wanting to be close to King Street! We had a group of 10 here for a bachelorette party and couldn’t have asked for a better location. The interior is also super cute and great for photos. Another plus was all of the bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Love the finishes and bathrooms! Decent location despite the horrific wake up calls from surrounding construction crews working before 8am. Would really benefit from another couch and a chair or two in the living space.-not comfortable for multiple people to socialize. The “day bed” is actually quite atrocious. Also the two king beds need better support or new mattresses altogether—we called them taco beds.

Lovely choice for a group!
The apartment perfectly matches the description. The number of bedrooms and private bathrooms is great for a bigger group, the kitchen was well-appointed, and the location was very convenient to plenty of restaurants and bars. The property manager was extremely communicative and helpful. All in all a great stay!
