That is my second stay in the property. It is so clean and comfy. The room is big enough and bathroom as well. Surely, it look much better than 5 star hotel, in my experience. The staff is so accommodating. They allowed us to check-in so early and check out late and so adaptable for clients. The neighbourhood is so silent, you can sleep like a cat. It is just close to restaurants and bars, 5 mins from main station.

Stop looking and book a room here :)

Absolutely delightful room. Brand new, comfy bed, free snacks. They also let me park my motorcycle at the entrance for free. Absolutely recommended. BTW, it's not where Google maps says it is. It's a few meters behind. There's a small sign at the entrance that's quite easy to miss

I really liked the courtesy of the staff! Thanks for everything you did Francesca! You are a great host, and I can feel as well that you also are a wonderful person who really takes care about the clients satisfaction, and loves what is doing. You are very kind, always available, patient, and a very friendly person! And the facilities, the room and everything, also is very clean, comfortable and nice. Simply wonderful feeling, like being home. Thanks for the hospitality.

Really great value, in Rome a room like this would cost upwards of 200/night. Room was clean and staff were helpful. I booked on short notice after other accomodations fell through and really could not be happier with how it turned out.

Fantastic accommodation. Beautiful, pristine room with some lovely touches. Great staff - room was always fully stocked with coffee, water and breakfast items. Location is very central and close to train station. Would definitely recommend.

I spent two nights going back/forth to another place in the region, and the two different rooms I got were really nice and clean. The staff is super arranging, and the self check-in is a plus when you don't know precisely when you will arrive. I would gladly go back to B&B Parini if I ever come back to Cassino.

We had to make an unexpired stop over and were very grateful to find something close and available

Comfortable and clean and the owner let us in despite the fa t we had a 4h train delay and arrive well after check in time.

It wasn’t easy to find. A bigger sign on the door or even better, a sign and arrow on the street corner, would have been helpful.

Didn’t see the owner. All was done on What’s App, and breakfast was from mini fridge in my room. it was kind of ok, but I missed the human touch.

I would like to thank the hotel that they provided me with gluten and lactose free yougurt and biscuits.

contactless reception, clean, renovated, free wi-fi, free minibar. warm rooms

wi-fi at late evening becomes slow, air conditioning and heating was noisy, a button to open the external gate is located a bit far from the gate, you have to know it’s location. there is no info on that button location. breakfast is conditional. there was no tea. only coffee.

We were satisfied with this b&b as all we needed was a comfortable one night.

A very convenient b&b for one night or business travelers. Good location in a quite neighborhood. A very comfortable modern room, clean and spacious. No warm breakfast, just some yogurt and packed croissant and cheese in the fridge and coffee to make, but we got a coupon to have coffee and pastry in a nearby cafe. We were very satisfied with this place.

Breakfast is minimal but you can get a coupon for breakfast in a cafe nearby.
