Boteroom was interesting and well located, with a very reasonable price.

The location was beautiful. Right next to the center of Cassino and overlooking the park. It was a unique, interesting building as well, with a pizza shop right below. The host Giacomo was very responsive to my messages.

I might've just missed the instructions or something, but I wish the room had AC!

Roos smelt of cigarettes rooms not cleaned for 5 days on arrival the owner did not know key code to let you in. Wi-Fi information out of date had to find the information myself. only milk in fridge and 1 flavour of juice. only microwave so can not cook. to my shock the second day a man from Australia was sat eating his breakfast in the dining room in his underwear. not acceptable. the electric plug sockets are not have covers on them and all the cleaning products are in a unlocked closet in dinner room

Excellent flat with balcony and good view. Most of the essential facilities in rooms & kitchen. Private parking. Good wifi. Recommended.

We could not switch on heating in the room. However, that's our fault. Somehow, we could not.

Great location in Cassino, very clean room and bathroom, big rooms and tall ceilings a delight. Big private bathroom that we can lock for our private use. Impressive parking location inside the building court yard. Lovely coffee from the espresso machine.

Great location overlooking the park and near to a very good local pizza place. Cheap and super convenient for a stop over from Naples to Abruzzo

The breakfast was nice and I can serve myself as much as I wanted. Coffee and tea were available at any time. The room was very spacious and the heating good and the water shower was at a very good temperature. The parking as well was very convenient and the check inn super easy.

Hot'n'cold place

Location was very good for us, also the bathroom was spacious and clean.

Unfortunately, despite the description on Booking.com, there was no air conditioning so the night was quite tough to survive because of his weather and window open on a quite busy and loud street. Not sure but the lack of air conditioning must have been rewarded by cold water on the evening and in the morning. We asked twice for help with AC. First answer was not helpful, second ignored.

Very good

Lots of space in the room with a huge bathroom opposite. Friendly staff, quick to respond to questions.

Inside the B&B was immaculate but the block as a whole was unclean and grim.

Slippery floors, lovely view

The view from the little balcony was lovely. Over looked the park, lovely watching the world go by. Loved the artwork and the painted doors. Good location for Montecassino.

The floors were marble and very slippery. I slipped in the bathroom after washing my hands and fractured my ankle. Two flights of stairs to get to the exit door for a trip to the hospital was extremely difficult. Breakfast was a let down, prepacked, long life cakes! No one available to inform them of my accident.
