It would have been good to have an enclosed garden so the dog could run off lead. The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped.

Great first stay here in the Old Barn lovley cottage with plenty of room, it had everything we needed, close to the beach and local shop. Hosts are very friendly and helpful.
Pivacy from living room doors, but it wouldnt stop me staying again.

The location was perfect for the beach. Good for walking my dogs along the beach. Also noticed lots of other alternative dog walks too.

The open space and being close to local walks and the beach.
Limited on basic items. Required scissors, there were none. Either we’ve been spoilt in other self catering, there were no salt, pepper, just basics.
No smoke alarm, can understand why it’s positioned near the cooker.
Could not connect to the WIFI.
we had to clean cups, glasses and cutlery before using it.

limited hot water and water system did not work properly

The cottage was an absolutely lovely barn conversion. Well appointed with quality fixtures and fittings. Everything we needed was provided and the cottage was a very short walk from the beach and a local nature reserve. (The cottage location) is perfect for dog owners and walkers.
VERY poor water pressure - not possible to run a shower at all during our stay

Location was as stated the beach was 5 minutes walk. Very dog friendly, good parking.
French doors could do with nets for privacy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in The Old Barn in fact we wish we had stayed just a little bit longer. Was very cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed! Very close to the beach for dog walks and some lovely pubs near by! We definitely want to come back.
A few teething problems with some taps not working but barely an issue.

Beautifully presented room. Very dog friendly. Good choice of food for breakfast. Friendly and helpful owners
We could hear EVERYTHING from the other room so it wasn't as peaceful as we would have liked.

fantastic stay, great location and comfy bed.
boiled eggs were from the chickens that freely roam the site!
nothing really

Phenomenal location literally minutes from the beach and with gorgeous views. Easily accessible by the local bus meaning you can easily explore if you don’t have a car - we took the bus into Hunstanton and did a day trip to Sandringham. If you want a few days disconnected from the world with the beach and coastal walking paths on the door step this is a great base.

The room is a cosy cottage feel with everything we needed and the fridge was very handy. 5 minute walk to Heacham beach which was lovely and we very much enjoyed the continental help your self breakfast.
