The apartment itself elevated my trip to Auckland. Would happily stay again!

Above all else the location is the standout for this property. You’re within a few minutes stroll of the Ferry Terminals for nearby islands, there’s also plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, and the Sky Tower is within a short walking distance also (you can also see it from the apartments outdoor area). You also have a large Woolworths, again, within a very short distance. There was plenty of space within the apartment and it came with everything I required, and more. The little touches were appreciated and helpful, such as the welcome card as well as numerous brochures of local excursions for Rangatito Island etc.

Great location

Good location, close to everything. Well equipped apartment, and a great big terrace.

We did not receive the vital email with instructions about keys and exact location (probably due to lack of wifi during our travels?). After a very long train trip to Auckland and a late arrival it was not a good start to our stay. However we did get help and instructions over the phone, and finally arrived. An exact address upon payment of the booking would have been VERY helpful for us and our taxi driver. And no hanging space in the studio. Ok as we were there only 2 nights but would be really annoying if staying longer, as it meant climbing over suitcases all the time.

Fantastic location that may be too popular.

Excellent location, roomy, and well-stock with essentials. Clear instructions on how to check in. Overall, a great place to stay!

Unit lacked places/hooks/racks to hang clothes. On weekend nights, partying neighbors can get noisy. One party lasted the entire night into the morning. Thankfully, there was no heavy bass thumping, and the windows provided good enough insulation.

Sweet little home base

Amazing location, really lovely little apartment. Well appointed for being able to cook etc and the bed was pretty darn comfy. Also, the shower! Amazing water pressure and heat, so good. The owner/manager was lovely to deal with - there was a slight issue which she mentioned and what she had tried to do to fix. The next day I let her know it wasn't quite fixed and she had someone come out to address it that day and left a card and choccies as an apology. Love when there is quick communication and fix for a (relatively minor) issue.

No scissors in the kitchen - and I have bad hands so scissors would have made some things easier. Not the end of the word though as there were a few decent knives.

Great location for easy access to town and public transport. Everything as seen in the photos and owner provided some fresh milk. Plenty of items provided for use. Bed was great and very comfortable. Outside area had great views.

Perfect accommodation for a weekend in the city.

Amazing location right on the harbour, easily walkable to city attractions and very close to ferries. Huge balcony with views of the bridge. Jill was very friendly and helped us with parking, great host! Bed was extremely comfortable!

Because of my mistake and didn't check the email, the landlord came to deliver the keys to me at 8:00 PM. The landlord was really nice and the room was nice and clean! (Sincerely) I would choose this place if I had the chance next time.

Jill is an absolute darling - nothing is too much trouble

Nice cosy apartment - perfect for 2 for a short stay. The terrace is massive but sadly the weather wasn't kind to us.

The stairwell up to the apartments smells terrible, literally had to hold our breath and run on the stairs but everywhere else eve the corridors was fine.

The location was the best in the middle of Auckland CBD and seeing the city was not bad plus the nightlife was a bit quiet. Until you go walking around and close so when you have enough It just hops and skips home.

Had a very pleasant stay

I loved the apartment. It is spacious enough and has a big terrace with great views and it’s in a great location. Jill is a very helping, friendly and a thoughtful person. Hopefully I will visit Auckland again and this is where I’ll stay again

Brilliant central location on the waterfront .Easy walk in the Viaduct Harbour , the new Wyndham Quarter ,the city centre and the Ferry terminal for a trip to Waiheke Island . The host makes it easy with a personal meet and greet for key handover .

before we even got to the property the host called us to make sure she would be there when we arrived. as soon as we arrived the host greeted us and showed us to our apartment. The apartment was great and spacious. Great location. and great amenities.

A compact apartment that had everything we required. Has a large balcony and a view over the harbor. The host was very helpful. Would definitely return.

Great to have a washing machine & dryer - some sachets of washing machine powder would be helpful.

Really nice studio with a fantastic location. Loved the roomy terrace.

The terrace light was not working. Since we were so close to the pier and stayed over the weekend it was a bit noisy with music coming in from the nearby bars and clubs (but that is not the owners fault). On the other hand you get to hear soke good music for free :-).
