The do not disturb turned off 30 seconds after turning it on. And the air-conditioning suffered the same problem.

We slept in the new building, which is very modern, rooms are fresh.

During check in we needed to leave our passports at the reception. To my surprise when heading for dinner outside I found the reception unattended and ca. 20 passports/IDs lying on the desk unattended. I waited for the receptionist, who after my remark of this being unacceptable answered that he is alone and what can he do.

Easy stay in a clean large room

Fairly new building and Junior Suite was quite spacious. It was a little bit chilly in the room and we were not able to adjust the room temperature, maybe it was our problem and we didn't ask for any help. Anyhow, we found some other ways to keep ourselves warm :) In general, very clean room and building half an hour away from Verona.

Bed was keeping noice when moving. There are not many options for dinner in walking distance. We went to a pub around the corner as recommended by staff. It was ok, but food could also be better. Reserve spa in advance if your plan is to use those services.

Good experience

The mere vast amount of nicely hot water from the shower was a plus in these days. The room was labelled as minimal, but, apart from the small dimensions, it had everything you expect from a "normal" room. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in my life.

Location is not the best, noise insulation inexistent (room facing a main road), very basic breakfast and using the pool costs extra

good hotel in Verona neighborhood

Clean hotel, quiet although located close to train station, underground garage, swimming pol,

sunbeds on swimming pool which needs replacement, weak quality scrambled eggs on breakfast, We got two rooms with doors between those but bathroom in one room was closed. Fridge almost doesn't cool down.

Great affordable spot that exceeded expectations

The hotel is an easy walk from the train station. The rooms are large, with comfortable beds and a great coffee machine. Staff was very friendly. There is a pool but we did not get a chance to swim.

Bathroom was great.

I paid for a hotel with air conditioning but IT WAS NOT WORKING... Just awful. The staff said that he cannot do anything. The hotel is new but I had a terrible night... It was too hot to sleep... They won't fix the problem according the staff. I almost didn't sleep because of this and had a terrible day in the following day...

- The room was very nice and clean - The staff was friendly and helpful, accommodating our requests - The breakfast was good - The hotel is positioned close to the train station (about 10 minutes walk)
