Świetna lokalizacja, czyste pokoje

Willa jest w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko Krupówek i na spokojnie można iść na nogach na dworzec PKP. Pokój był czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Śniadania były smaczne.

Na łóżku były dwa materace zamiast jednego, które były obok siebie, co chwilę trzeba było poprawiać materace, ponieważ rozsuwały się

Our favourite hotel in Zakopane - good value for money

This is our favourite accomodation in Zakopane, always spent the nights here when we visit the city. Staff is kind, speaks English, check-in and check-out is quick. Room is clean, spaceus. Beds are comfortable. Location of the willa is excellent, near to Krupówki, but far enough to be quiet. We'll return as soon as possible! :)

Price of parking was quite expensive. But nothing negative.

Friendly accomodation near to the centre

We are frequenters here, we love the location of the accomodation, it is near to Krupówki, but in a silent street. The staff is friendly, checkin and checkout is quick. Size of room is totally enough, it is always clean. Spaceous parking lot is a big advantage.

Until our last visit the parking was free of charge, but now we had to pay for it. Not a huge amount, but it was a surprise. Another disadvantage is the lack of elevator, it is not easy to go upstairs to the 3rd floor.

good location, easy park car ( just need to pay for parking) room size ok ( we had in older building room on 3rd floor).

in the room not enough place for charging phones, pads or other devices ( we found just one). TV not showing regarding bad signal, but if not spend a time in the room, TV not needed :) important to know, that no lift in this building. so if needed to go up to the top you must use a lot stairs. in general, price for room ok, so would say that more or less value for this price.

Excellent location

Location was super convenient and central. Parking was very convenient.

The room smelled like cigarettes, maybe it was the carpet. There is no lift hence made it a bit impossible to carry luggages. The beds weren't very comfortable. Very flat mattress and pillows.

Super hotel in the heart of Zakopane

If you are looking for the luxury of the Intercontinental, this is not your accommodation. But if you want a hotel in a quiet central location, feel free to choose this hotel. Clean, cosy rooms, large parking place. The Krupowky street is 1 min. by walk! Tea making facilities are available in the hallway on all floors. Very helpful staff, the employees at the reception speak perfect English. The breakfast is fantastic and we chose to have lunch here twice, which was very delicious. The hotel is highly recommended.

The parking place was very icy and it was slippery. There wasn't scattered with anti-slip. It was scattered only around the building.

I am glad we are only passing and stayed for 1 night.

The location is great but nothing Ells. they gave us towel.

TV is no working. No toiletries no bottled water or fridge. room is small and the shower is old. they charged us £90 per night for what it feels like a £30 per night room.

Good

We drove, and it was easy to find and there was free parking on site. The breakfast buffet is huge with a very good selection to choose from. It is about a 10 minute walk to the downtown area.

There is no elevator and our room was on the top floor. The room was very small. The first floor of the main building (there are two old houses side by side, we were in the one without the reception desk & dining room) has an interesting old main parlor room, but it's a bit musty. Bottom line- it's a perfectly fine place to stay for a budget traveler, but nothing exceptional.

Staying at this hotel did not live up to the price and did not fully meet my expectations.

Breakfast was very good, big choice. Location was perfect. Staff was very helpful and nice. Possibility to rent a sauna for additional cost, but it's worth it, especially after walking in the mountains.

The room quality was poor. Toiletries were not available in the room. The hair dryer was broken, the room smelled like mold. Very poor sound insulation. It was difficult to sleep at night because of an allergic reaction that caused itching.

Simple and great value, close to Krupowki street, but quiet!

Spacious room with comfortable beds. Big windows, lots of light! The location is perfect for walking to Krupuwki street. The linens and towels were spotless and fresh. The bathroom is clean and modern, however the shower head was broken.

The facility is a bit old. There aren't any extras in the room: no free soaps or free coffee. The shower head in our room was broken so you had to hold the hose.
