Five star luxury experience

Fantastic decorative style, particularly in the breakfast area. Superb buffet, beautiful architectural details everywhere. Attentive, and helpful staff. The spa and massage centre were truly luxurious. Great gym area.

雖然是很棒的渡假村也玩得很開心，但我們兩晚都沒睡好，

泳池和園區很棒，滿滿的植物很美渡假村內活動很多員工都很友善看得出來是認真在維護泳池和園區的渡假村餐廳漂亮食物也好吃

隔音非常差，第一天早上四點就有喝醉的韓國人在走廊大聲說話。樓上的椅子拖拉聲、走路聲、掉下東西的聲音，隔壁房間說話聲都很明顯。第二天凌晨五點左右外面有員工在收盤子，也被吵醒。兩天都沒睡好房間疑似有床蝨，第一個晚上睡到一半開始手肘養，以為過敏，隔天早上開始全身手腳和背部都是被咬的痕跡，但因為沒看到蟲，所以只能說疑似。渡假村內的食物好吃，但是偏貴。

A beautiful and enjoyable stay, though marred by a few frustrating service lapses.

Pros: 1. The resort is beautifully designed with family-friendly amenities that cater to guests of all ages. 2. The food across all the resort's restaurants are consistently delicious. 3. The staff are warm, friendly, and always willing to assist. 4. The villa we stayed in was spacious and elegantly designed, providing a luxurious and comfortable environment. 5. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive. 6. Availing the villa would give you a lot perks including unlimited free cocktails, drinks, and canapes in the afternoon.

1. The villa pool was not well-maintained, which led to an unfortunate incident where my stepson stepped on glass shards, resulting in a bleeding wound. Thankfully, the injury wasn’t severe, but this highlighted the need for the resort to thoroughly inspect facilities before new guests check-in. As a gesture, the resort refunded a night of our villa upgrade, though our relatives felt this was insufficient given the seriousness of the situation. While we chose not to escalate the issue, we sincerely hope Crimson Mactan Resort takes this as a learning opportunity to prevent similar incidents in the future. 2. One of the perks of staying in a villa is the option for express check-out in the room. I personally arranged for this service at 7:45 AM on August 13, and it was confirmed by the reception staff. However, by 8:00 AM, no one had arrived, so I called to follow up. It was only then that I was informed that express check-out wasn’t available after 10 AM. This lack of communication was disappointing and could have saved us time, as we waited unnecessarily. 3. I requested for the complimentary drink from Azure to be delivered to our villa, as it was stated on the card that this could be done via room service. However, I was initially told that the drink could only be picked up. After some back-and-forth with the staff, I stood my ground, and the drink was eventually delivered to our villa. The inconsistency between what was offered and what was provided was frustrating. 4. Their beach area was quite small.

レストランはどれも最高（とくに日本料理）。スタッフも皆さん親切。セブ島が雨でもホテル周辺はだいたい晴れているそう。セキュリティが高い。プールの泡パーティーが最高。

Sehr freundliches Personal, extrem kundenorientiert. Besondere Anlage mit viel Platz. Außergewöhnliches Frühstück.

Das Abendessen war in Ordnung, hat den Erwartungen allerdings nicht entsprochen.

Great for a relaxing family holiday

This was my third visit to the resort and I enjoyed this one the most. The staff were fabulous, nothing too much trouble for them. Excellent breakfast and pool facilities. Dining options limited due to ongoing recovery from 2021 typhoon but both Enye and Azure Beach Club offer great food and service (shout out for Grace at Azure!). Two additional restaurants to reopen in April 2024 will complete the picture. No effort was spared for The New Year's Eve party and everyone had a wonderful time.

Dining options limited for understandable reasons but soon to be remedied.

Far exceeded my expectations. One of the best places I've ever stayed. Highly recommended!

Food was very good and reasonably priced. The included breakfast was very good and fully stocked. The best part was the friendly staff who were always ready to accommodate your wishes. Pool was good and near the beach. Very quiet and great to relax as a family.

Don't understand why they had the big spotlights at night at the the beach lounge. It killed the mood and ambiance of the beautiful setting.

I got sick from the food

big resort with a lot of facilities, nice swimming pool but has a lot of bleach in it

restaurant was almost empty, but it was hard to get any help. besides that I got foodpoisening from eating and got really sick. I had a bad experience because of that.

I did not sleep properly on the 2nd night due to very noisy people next door to my room. babies crying all night and adults shouting.

spontaneous friends’ trip in bougie resort

- Exceptional service by everyone, accommodating staff gave us extended happy hour and super late checkout extending our stay to 27 hrs in total. - Many options during the buffet - Clean common facilities, I think they’re always disinfected - Villa was exceptionally clean; bed and linens immaculately soft and comfortable. best sleep ever!

- I don’t think they checked everyone if they’ve been vaccinated

Customer Service that exceeds expectations

I stayed here during the time of typhoon Odette due to the quarantine. Their service remained the same after the quarantine and did everything they can to help the guests. The resort took a big hit during the typhoon but that did not stop them for providing excellent customer service. I definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back!

EXCEED MY EXPECTATIONS

Originally our booking was only from December 15-17. However due to the typhoon Odette my family was stranded. Crimson hotel accommodated us for free until December 20. Provided us good food for free us well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating during our stay! Thank you so much for being our shelter during the storm! Kudos to all the management and staff! Will definitely come back

Will come back again and again.

Breakfast had more choices when we first stayed last January '21. The private villa was bigger than what we expected. The staff are still very friendly and approachable which is one the main reasons why we came back.

The pool in the private villa was a bit dirty when we checked in. The bed was a bit old in the private villa that it almost sucked us in but still sleepable.

Great for families, clean and well kept. Lacking in parking space, no outside food.

I like that there weren't a lot of rowdy people. There were many families for sure but at least they are not noisy unlike what you would find in other resorts like Solea. The amenities were also well kept and clean, the pool, the beach, the pathways.

We were placed in one of the farthest villas which means a longer walk to any of the amenities. Parking is also very limited and you end up parking in a very far parking area. They do not allow food from outside so that is an additional expense at the resort.
