It’s a good place to stay 30 minutes from the airport. A lot of things in that hotel are out of order fix anything unles

Cute & nice prayer room ( little church ) As a Catholic ,I appreciated it. Friendly staff.

The location of the property is great. It has an area for children to play. We had issues with the water and Wi-Fi while

The location is great. There are a lot of water sport activities that are close by to do.

There was no water at some point to shower. We also had issues with the Wi-Fi.

It was bad .

The location is far from the city very isolated . The rooms were like a small apartment that was converted to hotel rooms . Dark hallway in the entrance . Flies everywhere . Big property need an upgrade . Need to modernize that utilities and facilities . Lot pf stairs to get to the view that is in the photo ( ad photo ) Rooms were located in the long hallway like a dormitory . Not a family friendly place especially if you have an elderly parent , Beach was rocky , The pool was cloudy . Suggestion : Upgrade the hallway in the main floor , lots of lighting , Open up the space in the hallway . Kitchen or restaurant need yoat upgrade . Utilities and amnesties need an upgrade ,

Disappointed compared to reviews

Comfortable bed compared to other stays in the Philippines. Convenient 7/11 opposite the hotel. Staff were helpful with room issues.

English Breakfast was poor. No baked beans as advertised. Scrambled eggs were gritty.Never had English breakfast again, Club sandwich was basically fried egg, with fried ham and cucumber. Very poor compared with places. Toilet got blocked twice on our stay. Faucet bidet didn't work, had to be changed. Airtcon froze up and had to be replaced. Final day elevator broke, we were on the 4th floor, very inconvenient with baggage, my 3yr old son and my 78yr old mother in law. Furniture was dated but ok

Pleasant

We were initially placed in a room with an extra bed which made the room feel dense, we brought this up to the front desk's attention and they moved us to another room. The room is spacious, nice view of greens and the ocean, comfortable bed, quite room, working cable TV, and AC. We stayed during the weekdays so there were fewer guests. The staff were friendly and polite.

The breakfast food choices were limited to a checklist, due to fewer guests during the weekdays which was not communicated to us in advance. When we booked the room, it stated the breakfast was buffet, so we thought the price was worth it. Had we known, we could have chosen a different hotel/resort. The Filipino breakfast offerings were acceptable, however, the American and English could be improved by a lot especially the bread. We didn't like the canned fruits served, so we went to a nearby market to get fresh fruits ourselves and it didn't cost a dime to get bananas, buko, and seasonal fruits like papaya. Some information in the listing is outdated like the spa and massage which was inoperational, not sure how long it has been. Lastly, going to the swimming pool/beach area was kind of troublesome.

Not recommended to stay and very expensive for this old Hotel

When I arrived at past 12Midnight due to delayed Flight then the lady counter gave me the Key of my Roon in 4th Floor when I reach the Area the Lobby is dark No Light the When I open my Room all were Switch off No Lights, Aircondition etc. Then I tried to call the receptionist but no answer. Then I went to inform her what happen to my room and lobby is Dark then she followed me to verify then she found out that the Main Switch was Off that's the reason the Room was very Hot. And only that time the Air-condition was Switch on and It cannot cooldown the Room because its and old window type and does not install directly to the Bed so if you will lay down in my Bed No Air-condition that you can feel comfortable. What I did was since there was a small Sofa directly to the AC since I was very tired I laydown to that sofa so I could fell asleep the Coll air wind from the AC. The as a result the following morning what I got were headache and body pain when was so disgusting that I have paid expensive Room and in return make me Uncomfortable. Not recommended for other customers.

Prio to the Arrival of the occupant since its Hot in Cebu they must switch on the Air-condition must be switch on and the lobby must be lighted.

Superb

The main staff here is great. The restaurant here is also very nice. Great staff there also. The access to pools is a little steep for handicap but pools were nice n clean also. The food portion is nice size for money.

Well. Had some room issues on check in thar was hard to fix through booking because the manager is bullhead and described room wrong Which has since been fixed. But he wanted me pay walking upgrade price instead of the price on booking.com. if it wasn't for their nonsense it would been totally enjoyable. 1 more thing though. The check in area had no fan or ac running. I know it's Philippines but have some air flow. Gees Beach access. I don't know where beach went. But during the day the tide seem to be up on steps directly to water. Not sure if certain part of year u can see beach. I did not.

it is better to update ur photos posted in your social media. so that ur guest dont expect too much

the resort is exactly diff in the photos posted. the toilet is clogged. the shower bulb is dirty.

Not happy

Location--it was okay

Parking area was congested with unnecssary stuff. Staff was limited. When we arrived,there was a company party & left over food was left near the plants and some bottles..no staff was in the area esp pool area. Breakfast--so,so..pool--it seems that there was a lot of chlorine applied

The staff, ambiance, rooms and cleanliness

Overall, our experience was good only not the stairs going to the pool a d beach is quite tiring for my senior citizen mother who really like swimming in the beach. It's much better if they have elevator down to the basement leading to tbe amenities 🥰 And also i didnt find a garbage bins in the pool and beach premises.
