Excellent apartment

Great location, just 1 block from Middleton beach. Very friendly & helpful staff. Very clean and great amenities. Very quiet room, good soundproofing.

Pelicans has a really good location. That is part of why I picked it. The staff were excellent and very obliging. Overall, we had a lovely stay there.

I have stayed here before. But that was many years ago. Unfortunately, the property has run down a bit. For example, the shower was whining badly, but was fixed when I mentioned it. The tap in the upstairs bathroom fell off. That too was fixed when mentioned. The dish washing machine cycle kept stalling and needed resetting all the time. More of a nuisance, but it still worked. Also, perhaps next time I will pick premises without such a steep staircase!! Getting older and my knees don't appreciate it so much. It would be useful to have streaming on the TV for Netflix and other streaming networks which is available in most places nowadays. We did enjoy watching some of the old video classics though on the days when it was too wet to go out.

fantastic trip

room, - so clean and set up room elegant. bed , towel pillows and equipments , free car park, close to the beach , we could walk to beach and coffee shop. for sunset and sunrise. which I did not expect it when I was booked.

A lovely holiday break in lovelyub accommodation.

We loved the location, very close to the lovely beach and places to have meals and coffee. The cleanliness and kitchen facilities in Pelicans were excellent. Very helpful and friendly staff and parking right outside our bunit was a big bonus,

Excellent location and comfortable accommodations.

The apartment’s are roomy and well equipped. The location is ideal with a 5 minute walk to Middleton beach and an excellent cafe snd bar around the corner.

Don’t know if it’s a post COVID effect, but noticed that the tea, coffee, sugar, milk and other amenities are not replenished.

Sensational units in the most perfect location, we really enjoyed our stay!

The rooms have recently had a refurbishment, they have great modern furniture and a vibrant feel to the unit.

Would prefer more options for kids at the property, maybe a playground or something

Not extremely comfortable. Bed a bit hard. Chairs in lounge area not very comfortable TV old and small. Kitchen good No oven or washing machine.

Pleasant accommodation near to the beach.

Quiet enclave walking distance to the beach.

Not a true 3 bedroom. The family area on level 2 has been converted into a “bedroom”.

Close to middleton beach enjoyed the whole 5 days relaxing Off the main road so traffic wise very quiet Noone mowing lawns or cutting down trees . During nap time 😊 Recommend to family and friends
