Efficient stay nothing luxurious

It was super convenient for an event near Twickenham. Be warned it says ample parking but the car park is very limited!

Breakfast was the most basic I have ever experienced.

Real shame the bar was not fully stocked / staffed

Not much

Bed was too high and mattress had a dip in the middle, not very comfortable.

Luxury and safe place to stay

Highly recommend near Heathrow airport ,Very nice dinner buffet and a bar. The property is so clean and I felt really safe and comfortable as a solo traveler. Would have stayed here my entire trip if I had known the property earlier but I will surely come back in my next london visit. The bathrooms are so Porsche and I got a room with nice views and large window . Really loved to see london landscape from the top.

All is good , no complaints .

Reasonable value hotel for Heathrow

Very comfortable bed. Short walk from Osterley Tube Station and only a few stops to the airport. Better value than hotels nearer the airport

Card machine in the restaurant cannot process American Express

Definitely good enough to stay again.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very large and comfortable. Traffic and aircraft noise was almost completely shut out. We would book this hotel again.

Breakfast was ok, but could have been a little more varied.

Book for location and convenience, not catering or relaxing.

Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, good shower; quiet given the airport proximity, carparking was available. Staff friendly and helpful. Its reasonable value for money.

The lounge/bar is basically the reception waiting area by the entrance doors, not what we expected. Restaurant was booked for a party on our first night but noone said; we ate the second night the food was ok but limited choices. Cooked breakfast sadly cold both mornings.

Good location but too many issues to make me stay again

Location perfect for Heathrow and Twickenham

Lack of lounge area for the bar Behind Reception desk used as an untidy storage area Cooked breakfast was very poor No shampoo provided in rooms No reset instructions for in room safe No pedestrian access to hotel

Excellent

The room is exactly what you see in pictures. It is very clean and the staff were very helpful they even gave me a room upgrade. I really enjoyed my stay there. And the breakfast was also great. If I am coming back to London I am definitely staying there again.

The only thing that could be better was the room was a bit cold.

Ok but not what I expected from this hotel.

It was conveniently located and room was spacious.

The room was not clean and I found hair and previous clients boarding passes. I also booked a room based on it having certain amenities and items. These were not provided. When asking about this at reception there was a feeling of oh well that’s tough luck. Try again tomorrow. Very rude and very poor customer service.

It worked for the duration of my stay in London.

Location to the airport.

Housekeeping didn’t clean my room for the first two days even after a call was made to front desk. Green light for housekeeping request was pressed and ultimately ignored. There was no refrigeration in the room, the space for it was empty. You had to pay for parking everyday which is uncommon for guests who are from overseas, and what made it more inconvenient you were not allowed to pay for the duration of your day at once, they insisted on it being done each day.

No customer service!

Shower was very good and spacious room

Staff: No customer service! Not smiling not very welcoming. Doesn't say on the email you need a passport as proof of ID only bank card or general photo ID. The guy at reception wouldn't except anything but my passport which I didn't have and was going to refuse me a room because I got annoyed. My ID is an official one, by post office with a hologram and all details but straight up refused it. Only after a while did he say my bank card would be fine even though that was one of the requirements if had no passport. On the day of checkout I fell ill with food poisoning and asked for a later checkout but was so rude only game me an extra hour. When we did leave no presence of staff at reception. All the staff in the back room having a chat. Room: Bed was too high and too firm. Biggest negative was the TV says freeview on booking but doesn't have basic TV channels like bbc or itv.

Thinking i booked a non smoking hotel. When I get in the room-smelt of cigarette smoke and my bedsheets too. I didnt bother to complaint on that night because i was too tired.
