Es un apartamento súper nuevo y espacioso, con dos habitaciones con camas amplias y un baño de buen tamaño. Todo está a estrenar. Para bien o para mal todo está automatizado pero cumple con su función.
La distancia al aeropuerto y a las horas a las que hay que ir hace casi imprescindible tomar un taxi. No me encantó que todo esté tan automatizado que no haya nadie para recibirte. Llegábamos de un vuelo largo y un caos en el aeropuerto por problemas de cancelaciones y no estás para ir aprendiendo instrucciones. No conseguíamos atinar con el edificio y la habitación y queda muy apartado de todo. Menos mal que hay aplicaciones para pedir comida a distancia.

It is a convenient location to my work. Spacious apartments, well-equipped. If there is an issue staff is helpful in trying to resolve it.
Most apartments are noisy unfortunately, and under some apartments there was a big noise during the night, so I couldn’t relax properly. I am always requesting a quiet apartments but could not get one despite several changes and attempts. Other times my locker was not working when I arrived past midnight, so I had some struggles with this place. The fact that there is no staff makes it more difficult especially in situations like this, as phone was not always picked up. Cleanliness is not great and there is real smoking smell on a few floor corridors, in some cases one of the apartment I got smelled smoke too.

Check-in in the end was seamless if you get the right building. Nice, neat and tidy one bedroom apartment. the building has a nice reception area and lounge on top floor. Radiators in the living room and underfloor heating elsewhere were really good. Well equipped Kitchen and service room with a decent washing machine. Car park in basement was secure and gated. Location close to supermarket and overground train station with a bus stop immediately outside. Showers have good temperature and pressure.
Bed support to the mattress had collapsed at 3am on the first night. Support staff had arranged for maintenance to come over who fixed it the following morning. Apartment was not cleaned during our four night stay, not sure it that's withing policy but they should be cleaned every two or three days. No TV in the bedroom. Cleanliness could be improved as bedroom felt dusty.

The apartment it self was nice and modern
I was woken up at 830 with the door closing where someone had come in to the flat I o ly picked it up as they went out due to being asleep also as I missed my alarm we were a little late checking out the cleaning staff was particularly rude and didn't not understand my situation it was for a mere 30 mins we were late I was totally disappointed with the way I was treated

What a little GEM!!! I need somewhere to stay close to where I work. I only stayed one night, but would definitely stay here again. Super comfy, great facilities, great staff from those on the ground to the back up help on the phone. Great value for money in London as well, took my own breakfast (own coffee maker! Super important) so helps keep the budget under control and also I have some food allergies so it's always great just to know I am cooking for myself. Free parking as well which in London is always a bonus!

Comfortable room. Close to bus station and train station, so is quite easy to get connected to different parts of London. Very close to a large supermarket.
The wi-fi in the room was not working at the beginning. We contacted the customer sevice and agreed to have someone fix the probrom the next day. However. the repair person didn't come and we waited for him for several hours. They should have better communication between custom service and repair person, and should have someone to follow up the work.

Clean, modern rooms and very comfortable
Showers weren’t very powerful and postcode takes you to the front of the building, but the actual apartment is around the back which isn’t mentioned.

Found a bra in the bed, which was broken. I called Guest Services in the morning, someone came to fix the bed and said they would replace the mattress but NOTHING happened. Guest services did not call me back and I had to chase them, explain the situation again. No response, no follow up, nothing. The staff on site simply lied to my face and were annoyed at having to help anyone.

The garden area
I was charge a deposit of 150 twice on top on paying 118 for room for 1 night my fist rooms door was broken/faulty so the code worked once every 30 times you type it in I was locked out for over 1hr making calls to sort the door when I got in the room stunk of something I won’t mention then got moved to a next room, the heaters didn’t work nor did the internet I spent 2hours plus on the phone calling management to sort the internet, when I got in the next room and had to sleep in the cold as heaters didn’t turn on so in total they hold 418 of my money and still I was stressing to sort out everything and lacking most services they advertised! I wish I had booked somewhere else! It’s nice apartments but the service make it all not matter. I really shout be refunded in whole! The service was the worst ever experienced

Quite a walk to tube station.
We were party of 4 but everything was geared up for only 3 people, only 3 chairs infact only1 large plate, luckily we were planning on eating out.

Signage could have been better. We parked in the car park, went to the door and code did not work. We went to the reception and again the door code did not work. We were let in by other customers that were having issues. The gentleman we saw, said we were in the wrong building, took us and others through the car park to another entrance to be let in.
During the night, approx 3am i heard a bang and could smell burning from a socket. I unplugged my phone and waited for 10 mins before it was ok. The next morning the TV would not work, it transpired the breaker had knocked off during the night. I flipped it back on and still the TV would not work

Ideal location for Twickenham, Kew Gardens & central London, with excellent transport links.
Free parking included.
Property was very clean, modern and spacious. Large lounge/ dining/ kitchen area with all amenities. Very good quality beds, bedding & towels.
Good keyless entry but felt very secure.
No staff on the premises but very easy to contact and quick to respond and helpful on the online chat.
This is an exceptionally minor point but if I had to recommend anything it would be for each bedroom to have a mirror near a plug socket to dry hair. There’s a mirror in the bathroom but none of the bedroom sockets are within viewing distance of a mirror.
I also couldn’t get the link to the oven instructions to work, which made working the oven/ grill difficult (looked for Smeg online instructions but still couldn’t get it to work properly. Only minor matters overall though.

Issues about what room I’d been assigned. Used code to enter what I thought was my room only to find people in there. Took a couple of phone calls only to be told that wasn’t my room and I’d been reassigned another. I had received no correspondence about this.
Thermostat in room seemingly not adjustable so a bit of an uncomfortably warm night.

Clean, spacious, had everything we needed.
Lots of things were broken, blind slats missing in every room, window gasket hanging down, holes on the couch - this isn’t good enough for somewhere who take a security deposit as they could easily blame you.
No staff were on site and we had a strange woman try to enter our apartment, it was very concerning and seemed like she was scoping the place. She also was fishing for details such as when we’d be out of the apartment. This made us feel uncomfortable and there was no security to report incidents like this to.
The missing blind slats at night also mean people can see in when the lights are on. I’d advise the properties have maintenance and get these things fixed.
There were no instructions on how to turn the heating down so we spent the weekend sweating, instructions were for wall heaters, which we never had. Thermostats had no instructions. So we had to sleep with windows open which if you’ve read above, left us even more nervous.
We were asked the day before we departed to provide pre-check out information, here we indicated we intended on leaving at 11am. The following morning around 7.30-8am our door was banged and banged until we were awoken and answered to the cleaners asking if they could come in. We said no and asked them to return at 11am. At 10am they returned and started looking in our windows with no warning, which I find very rude and frankly quite disturbing.
On top of all of this - I realised I had left my wallet, at 11.01am I tried to re-enter the room but the code had been changed already, with my taxi sitting waiting to catch a train at 12pm I had no time to waste. I have asked for the wallet to be posted home as I live in another country, they have refused twice and said they can arrange for me to collect it in person. Well worth noting if you leave something of value and don't live anywhere near the accommodation.
I would avoid booking here if you can, very nice modern apartments that could be so much better were they ran efficiently.

Television not connected to mainstream TV e.g. BBC, only some obscure web based channels who did not work, No towel rails in bathroom, build in wardrobe in front of bed, so close not possible to open door, on entrance / reception , water dispenser offered BUT no cups, apart of one cup filled with filthy liquid, overall impression dirty industrial estate converted to apartments. So many eMails to advise what not to do, charged twice deposit of £ 150.-- (but asked myself for what? empty fridge)

1. Clean. 2. Comfortable. 3. Quiet. 4. Kitchen was equipped. 5. Had a washing machine. 6. Within walking distance of bus stop. Some may complain that it is far from the nearest tube station ie Boston Manor which is about a 30 minutes walk. There is a bus stop just outside the property. Hop on the H91 bus. A 30-40 minutes (depending on traffic) bus ride will take you next to the Hammersmith tube station. The return trip can be done the same way. With some adjustments on timing, this way of travelling to Central London is workable. It worked for us. 7. The property was spacious. We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The property could comfortably accommodate a family of 4 persons.
1. Stayed for 14 days. During this time no one from Charles Hope came to change the towels, bed sheets and replenish the toiletries. Was very disappointed with this. This is despite us being informed that these would be attended to on the 8th day of our stay. 2. Also quite far from restaurants and shops. There is however a Tesco about a 10 minutes walk away. Although eating out was not an issue since we ordered home deliveries most of the time.
