Personal muy atento y servicial. Fuimos por nuestra luna de miel y nos tenían preparados varios detalles de felicitación. Buena ubicación, a pie de playa y está un poco retirado de la zona de bares y ocio. Bungalow bien equipado y cómodo. Desayuno variado y muy completo. Tienen servicio de bicicletas gratuito para los huéspedes. Además, tienen actividades que puedes realizar en el complejo como yoga, carving...

Pricey but exclusive

(1) The staff - very nice and helpful, especially those in charge of the pool bar, of the beach breakfast service, and the massage (the massage ladies are wonderful). (2) The food - ALL dishes are deliciously prepared and served (and are big!). No need to go anywhere else for lunch or dinner. (3) The room - large, clean, and spacious, with the bathroom outside in the typical Balinese style (the aloe vera dispenser is just WONDERFUL). (4) The pool - nice and clean, with a bar very well stocked and served. (5) The breakfast by the beach - exclusive and with a wonderful view.

(1) The telephone number provided by the hotel to Booking.com is wrong. It should be updated. (2) Customers should be advised by the hotel IN ADVANCE on how to get there - boat companies, horse carts, etc. The hotel should provide a complimentary pickup service for its customers at the Gili harbour. (3) Customers should be given a better explanation of how the à la carte breakfast is prepared and served. They should be informed by the that they may have a second coffee if so they want to.

Our third stay at Pondok Santi Villa 10 and it just gets better. Beautiful classy resort and facilities. The staff are extremely well trained, professional and friendly. they always went above to make our stay special.

Heavenly honeymoon stay

Wow, Pondok Santi is beautiful. We loved the delicious breakfast on the sandy beach and watching sea turtles in the morning. The swim up pool bar is incredible and so peaceful compared to other areas of Gili T. Everyone here made us feel so welcome, greeting us by name whenever they saw us and helping with anything we needed. The private garden villa is excellent and feels like a slice of luxury. Highly recommend!

Fabulous!

Absolutely loved our stay at Pondok Santi Estate all the staff were so helpful and friendly and always . Check In was great. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained by the gardeners. We stayed in a Bungalow with a garden view which was located at the back of the property the views of the gardens were beautiful & it was so quiet, the decor in the rooms and in the communal areas were to a high standard & the outdoor private bathroom at the back of the bungalow was gorgeous. The rooms were cleaned daily & to a great standard. The private beach is beautiful and has sun loungers and day beds available for hotel guests. Breakfast is made to order and was great each day, we also had lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was really good . The Pool is set back from the beach and is lovely it overlooks the gardens & there is a pool bar. The location is also great it’s about a 5 minute walk to all the lively bars so nice and quiet when you get back to your bungalow Would Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again .

the walking way into the hotel a bit flooded after heavy rain, ankle deep. perhaps the hotel should arrange a better drainage for the good of all

Pondok Santi Estate was the best accommodation we experienced in Bali and we did not want to leave.

Pondok Santi Estate was relaxing, beautifully kept, clean and located in the perfect spot. The resort itself is very spacious, private and quiet, being walking distance to sunset point and the main restaurants in town but quiet enough not to hear the party music at night. It is a 15 minute walk from the main port which was very manageable on foot. The resort had generous (free) inclusions, including free snorkel gear (just make sure you reserve it early in the day), free bikes (same), free towels to use by the pool as well as to take out of the resort for the beach. Breakfast was delicious and diverse, as was the room service menu, which included local Indonesian dishes as well as more Western style dishes. The rooms and grounds were immaculately kept, cleaned daily, with an extra turn-down service as well. Note that the bathrooms are outdoors, though in a private Courtyard with a lovely garden. Rooms are spacious, comfortably air-conditioned and include lots of thoughtful extras (mosquito repellant, free filtered water to drink). We also opted for the in-room massage which was very relaxing and decently priced. The staff were approachable, professional and very helpful. We also stayed at Pearl of Trawangan for one night and far preferred Pondok Santi Estate. Pondok Santi Estate is worth every dollar and I hope we get to go back one day!

everything about this property is excellent. very friendly and helpful staff. free bike and snorkel rentals. daily breakfast on the beach. perfect location with 10 mins walk to either sunset beach or the gili t strip but far enough away that you are not hearing clubbing music all night. simply exceptional. we were bummed when we had to move hotels for our fourth night!

Probably one of the best places to stay in Gili T.

The hotel is very beautiful, spacey and has a very good vibe. Staff are very nice and always asking if you need anything.

Outdoor bathroom with a door but… with a window without any glass. So lizards, frogs and all kind of animals enter the bathroom.
