It's definitely value for money

We booked 6 rooms because nothing was available in Halls Gap. It's a value for money. Rooms have all the required facilities including, bedding, towels, toilet rolls, airconditioning, iron, microwave, tea sachets, delux rooms have the 2 seater sofa too. Staff was nice. Free breakfast includes different cereals, white and wholemeal breads, various jams, honey, peanut butter, butter, coffee (remember to turn the warmer on), fruits, and various tea sachets. Halls Gap is only 18 mins away from the property.

Rooms from 1 to 5 are noisy because the property is on the main road (yeah I know that's why it's a motel). Pool wasn't cleaned.

nice comfortable room. very clean. pool was great for refreshing after hiking in the grampians. free breakfast was great for a first snack in the morning: variation of cereals, toast and spreads. very friendly owner / staff.

The owner was very nice. The rooms were good. The rooms and bathrooms were big enough and clean.

The location is not good, it is close to the very crowded street and so noisy . We couldn't sleep good.

Handy location even if a little noisy in the daytime. Great rooms & facilities.

Quite a large room for a motel, could easily fit another queen bed. The motel is old & some of the furniture has seen better days but most have been update & modernized, especially the bathroom. It has a well appointed & spacious kitchenette.

The location is right on the Western Highway so has lots of traffic noise during the day. Not so bad at night, not enough to affect my sleep, I had the far back corner room which helped.

Although the motel is on the highway, the traffic noise was not too intrusive. We were pleasantly surprised to have included a continental breakfast. The bed was comfortable, room size generous, and furnished nicely. Manager very welcoming.
