Cama muito confortável e quarto grande, bom café da manhã, com tudo o que você precisa. Tem frigobar e uma cafeteria que está aberta o dia todo. Tem um mercado há alguns passos de distância. Quarto muito limpo e silencioso.

Gostei de tudo, mas talvez algumas pessoas se incomodem com a distância, mas isso está claro no endereço. Tem que andar uns 850 metros até o metrô, mas é bem seguro e sem ladeiras.

El hotel está bien, la habitación cómoda y el baño grande y luminoso. El personal súper amable.

Las almohadas bastante duras, la puerta del armario estaba estropeada y la ventana no cerraba bien, por lo que entraba algo de frío.

The manager and one customer service lady at the reception.

Charging for the drinks provided in the fridge. The rates are almost 3 or 4 times. They haven't said that these juices/drinks are extra and chargeable.

Decent lighted rooms Bathroom was clean

They could not provide fried eggs for breakfast. The card to open the lift and room door gave trouble Location is very far from central Madrid If you do not leave your ac on, then the room does not cool

Disappointing

Made reservations 4 weeks ahead of time. Told them I would arrive at 1:30 pm. When I arrived, no room was ready. I was up all night on a flight from New York. I was told I had to wait. While I waited the front desk checked two others in and gave them a rooms.

It was okay, but please fix the heating.

Clean rooms, bed and pillows were comfortable Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was restocked timely, enough choice.

Room was cold, heating did not seem to work properly, I had to sleep with double blankets. Main areas (entrance/lobby, breakfast/dining space) were cold as well. There was no milk in the coffee machine for two days in a row. Free wifi did not work at all, I was not made aware there was an option for paid wifi. My bathroom door handle was broken. Having the darkening/heavy curtains behind the light ones makes no sense and was annoying

Beds were comfortable and the room was spotless.

It was freezing!!! The air heating system didn't work properly and was just noisy.

The hotel was clean and the rooms are comfortable.

The location is far from Madrid downtown but it is easy to get there, just had to walk about 10 minutes from the hotel to the Metro station and ride the train for about 40 minutes. It might take an hour or a few less minutes according to your final destination.

The quiet neighborhood, accessibility to the nearest metro (10 mins walk), supermarket (next building), friendly and professional staff.

Nothing to complain about as we only stayed for 3 days.
