Relaxing couples break.

Very clean with great space for a couple. Lovely apartment good kitchen accessories and bathroom. Bonus of a washing machine as well.

Mucho para los extranjeros y poco para los españoles

Los alrededores de lanzarote las visitas que recomiendan están bien ,lo peor que a mí parecer cobran mucho por todo con la cantidad de gente que van

Buen alojamiento para dormir

El alojamiento estaba bien ubicado, tenía aire acondicionado, terraza y tal y bien. Además se aparcaban fácil en las inmediaciones

No me gustó que había obras en el apartamento de al lado y todos los días nos despertaban con golpes y ruidos y nadie nos avisó. Además la puerta de la terraza no se cerraba bien, pero el hombre se ofreció a ir a solucionarlo solo que no coincidíamos porque a penas estábamos en casa.

Muy limpio , cómodo y con una ubicación muy buena .

La verdad que el apartamento está muy bien para dos personas , los dos único fallo el no tener un horno y la ducha es chica por lo demás todo muy bien al entrar nos los encontramos muy limpio y tiene una terraza muy cómoda que da con vista a la piscina , la ubicación la hemos valorado mucho nos recorrimos toda la isla y estaba todo en distancias muy cortas . Si volviera intentaría repetir el mismo apartamento sin ninguna duda 👏🏼

Chilled and relaxing stay and great base for the Isalnd.

Second time staying. Clean and safe. Central for transport. Near Shops and small pubs/restaurants. Lidl nearby great if you stay a while and need supplies. Host is very flexible and helpful.

Sehr schöne, hervorragend ausgestattete Wohnung zu fairem Preis in guter Lage, Läden und Bars in direkter Nähe. Juan ist war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und hat immer schnell reagiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nice little apartment

Location for shops and bars . Comfortable bed. Washing machine. Balcony. A nice 1 bed appartment

Shower cubicle quite small and taps at wrong height. No drainer for crockery . Wardrobe doors very stiff to open/close. No small saucepan. Bedroom blinds need replacing

We had a wonderful stay in Juan's apartment and will certainly return there if available.

The location could not be better. The apartment is close to the Old Town with the harbour only a 10 minute walk away. There are several supermarkets only 2 minutes from the apartment and a large Lidl also close by. The air conditioning gave the apartment an pleasant ambient temperature whenever it was needed. There was a washing machine tucked away in the bathroom which could be most useful during longer stays.

The shower was a little confined but the space could be improved if the shower gel/soap tray was repositioned to provide a little more room whilst showering.

One of the best self-catering apartments we have stayed in - excellent

Lovely apartment, very clean, easy to check in, friendly and welcoming host and has everything needed for a relaxing break. Love the added touches like beach towels and very comfortable bed. Great location, close to bus and 10 mins walk to waterfront and beach.

Much needed short break in nice apartment.

The location of the apartment is ideal for both the old town and the main strip. Bit of an uphill walk on the way back, but nothing most people can't handle. Nice clean apartment near to some local shops and bars. Lidl only a five minutes walk. Very comfy bed and balcony a nice bonus.

Lovely apartment, but could add some more items such as :- more plates and cups/mugs, hand soap (only 69 cents from Lidl), a tea towel in the kitchen, coffee, a few tablets for the washing machine and more comfy chairs on the balcony. The shower with curtain was a bit small.

Lovely clean apartment with good facilities (even left beach towels and chocolates), excellent location and friendly host.

Pool could have been cleaner although appreciate this is not the fault of the apartment, and no oven.

Superb

Apartment was like home from home. Everything in it even more than you would expect. Furnishing was excellent. Well done to Juanma and his family.

Pool area was very close to the ground floor apartment. Not much room for sunbathing especially around the pool area. Their was a area for sunbathing which I taught personally it wasn't very private.

ANTS!!

The apartment was infested with ants!! We had to leave after our second night as it was so bad and go find somewhere else to stay. We tried to kill them but they kept coming in through a hole in a socket in the kitchen. It was horrific. They were on the kitchen counter, the floors in the bathroom and even in the wardrobes. I had to leave some of my clothes there as they were covered in ants. The host agreed to a full refund initially but then refused to refund the full amount once we had left which was very unfair with the condition of the apartment. I wasn’t going to post this review as long as we received our money back but I felt it was unacceptable to not give our money back after such a horrific experience! Would not recommend.

Excellent accommodation with a great host

Juan, is a great host. Great communication prior to our arrival and was on there to greet us on arrival. The apartment has everything you need for a couple doing a self catering holiday. The welcome gift was a nice touch.

There was not anything that we could fault.

Clean and well equipped apartment near Biosphere Shopping Centre.

Well equipped appt. near Lidl and 24 Hour Supermarket and small bars/restaurants. Host, Juan was exceptionally obliging. Very well equipped with great internet, new washing machine and a nice mix of local people and tourists in the other apartments in a not too big development. Air Con was available but not needed. Safe and secure area. Pool area nice as well. Bus terminus stop nearby would be v. useful if needed. Not far from Biosphere Shopping Centre, Square with BurgerKing and a further stroll to the main strip. Slightly closer to 'old town'. Overall we were very happy.

Location is up the hill which can be a bit of a struggle back from the main strip. However, lots of places to stop on way back or you could take a taxi. Would hope to come back soon!

Spotless apartment, tea,coffee,sugar,all cleaning products,shampoo and shower gel all left for you so you can just get on with your holiday. Excellent location.very comfy bed
