I wouldn’t stay here again

The lady working during our stay was very friendly and I read that they offer shuttles to the station which we did not use.

The property was very old and outdated, there were some marks on the walls and stains on the furnishings, it was very out of the way and a long trek from the station, although they did offer to pick us up from the station. The vibes in the hotel were very eerie and we actually only stayed 1 of the 2 nights we booked due to the facilities.

車で嵐山の方まで旅行に行くにはもってこいな宿泊先でした。

嵐山までの距離も近く、無料の駐車場もあり、比較的安く宿泊できた。

設備が全体的に古そう(平成1桁台くらい？)だったが、不便と感じるほどでは無い。

Pleasant

Staff was nice and tried to help us as much as she could. Every equipement and amenities were there.

Terrible location far from any station. A bit dirty and a feel of horror hôtel.

Very good

The staff when I went did not speak English but they were very kind and used a translating app to communicate. They ensured that we understood the room and did the most to make our trip wonderful! For breakfast the lady working was wonderful and went out of her way to accommodate food allergies (celiac, so got plain riceballs for breakfast). Just a heads up I see others complaining about the door being locked... that's fairly standard practice for a love hotel.

A Good Low Budget Travel Option

We liked that they were so accommodating about our food needs and explained everything for us (albeit in Japanese). Also, the massage chair in the room we stayed in was amazing.

The room design needs an update, and the mini fridge/ freezer wasn’t the most functional.

Far beyond value for money

This was by far the most impressive hotel we've stayed at. It was one of the cheapest we found but the hotel was incredibly clean and we had a very spacious room. We were given a gift in the room, and the staff were beyond lovely. They helped us order pizza, gave us two free drinks and even offered to drive us to the nearest train station once our stay was up. I couldn't recommend staying here any more.

The only thing I can think of is that the room felt a little dated but honestly I still loved it
