We stayed in the seperate house which seemed to be quite new. The Apartment was very well equipped and spacious. Everything was clean and well taken care of.
The location is calm and silent.
we would definitely recommend to go there :)

Very close to the Capelinhos vulcano area, great trails to walk nearby, and just 30 minutes from Horta.

The location is nice and quiet, fantastic hiking along the cost from the house. You can walk all the way to the volcanoes. The house was fairly new and clean.
We stayed late December/early January. Even on the Azores temperatures drop to10 degrees C / 50 F then. But there was no heating at all in the house. When we got in, it was really cold and it smelled VERY moldy. We had to wear jackets and hats insides for the first day. The beds smelled really moldy, too. We have been in many places on the Azores and in Portugal, this is the first without a heating and the worst mold problem in ~15 places we stayed at so far. Wifi was also switched off.
We warmed up the place a little with the noisy hair dryer and running the dehumidifier. I called the owners to ask for a portable electric heater at least but they told me that this is just what it is on the Azores and that they don't have heating either. I told them this is not acceptable but they just hung up on me. Quite rude. Do not book there, especially not in the winter.

Quite place, nice owner who sorted out a problem with the bed very quickly.
Misleading information, the pictures on booking are combined for two different properties. My review is for the older house, I assume the higher ratings are given by people who stayed in the new apartment. The older house needs updating but OK for one/two nights.

Pleasant surroundings; small place, but it has everything you need for a vacation.

We stay 5 days in Adega guest house, we enjoyed it a lot. It's really quiet and close to the piscinas, Faja beach, Florestal park.. there is all equipments, a big shower and the beds are good.
We didn't had the chance to meet Cristiana in person because we arrived late by the ferry, but everything went well for our arrival, snack and bed ready, it was nice from her. We hope to come back one day.

The attention and kindness of the staff. The place, the landscapes, the room, ... everything
Everything was great. The sink of the bathroom didn't work too much well, but it wasn't important for our stay.

No Wi-Fi and not even 3g but this can also be a good thing to life without internet for some time.
