Laughable Experience

Maintenance responded quickly to resolve one of our issues.

There were no wash clothes. it was only one towel to dry. Two floor mats for the bathroom but one was to be used as a dry towel. the hot water was cold and you had to let it run for several minutes (30 minutes or more) to get hot. The TV and light switch were controlled by the same outlet. So when you turned the light out the TV went off. Maintenance did respond quickly to fix this issue. The AC did not keep the room as cool as we would have liked. You could tell they were renovating and still had a lot to do (I hope). No it wasn't the best stay but we left with lots of jokes and laughs about our experience.

IT WAS HORRIBLE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

They had bedbugs No microwave in room The service was horrible and I only stayed one night after getting bit so much

I didn’t like anything at all. Especially my wife and I getting ate up by bedbugs and they said it was non refundable the next morning so we just left and went to casa Bella in they are awesome there. Please don’t book

Absolute crap hotel cancelled our 2 room booking before midnight after we drove 10

Nothing because they let go of our darn room as we were a half hour away from arriving after 10 hours drive very unprofessional stressful and upsetting as it wasn’t even midnight yet!!!!! Horrible hotel ruined our vacation we had to pay triple the price for a last minute booking Ol two rooms elsewhere!! Compensation would be nice!

Booked as a last resort, never again.

We initially accepted the room,though it was not in the best condition. What sealed our decision to leave early was the area, we did not feel safe with all of the junk around the property, as well as the transients that were set up around the parking areas.

The room could have been cleaned better. The property should be better cared for. The common areas around the property were littered with trash.

The cost of the room is astronomical! It was dingy and disgusting.

Room was totally disgusting. It smelled horrible and the bathtub looks like someone could have died in it. We were afraid to even use the shower. There were a bugs everywhere.
