Very very very dirty, old and dirty furniture, they don't clean this place, the hallways are disgusting, they gave me a very dirty room and not even the pillows had pillowcases, there is a very bad atmosphere

Stank from smoke. Did not have a key card for the door so couldn't go in or out without the front desk. Room was dirty.

We registered, went to the room but could not stay due to the horrible conditions and filthy conditions outside and inside. Filthy walkway and stairways, drug remnants by the stairs, limited furniture, inadequate marred furniture, room not very clean, unclean damaged bath tub. We tried to get a refund by calling the # given but was unsuccessful. We had to find another hotel. The worst hotel experience ever.

The room key did not work. I went back and forth to the office 5 times for a key. After the 5th attempt I was told a housekeeper would let me in the room each time I came to and fro. The second day of my reservation Rod knocked on my door and argued that the key worked when he issued it and then he proceeded to talk nasty and disrespectful to me and threatened that he "would put the incident in his notes" whatever that meant. I will NEVER BOOK THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN! I plan to tell everyone I know about how I was disrespected and never had a working key to the room I paid for!!

We learned we needed to be in Tallahassee just a few days before our arrival. Unfortunately, due to several large events in the area, most of the hotels were sold out. I was thankful to have a place to stay but somewhat disappointed in the condition. To be fair, the room was clean but there were several things which could have been better. The mattress was super creaky anytime we had to move. While there was only one towel in the bathroom, the shower was nice and hot which was good. The exterior of the property was very well lit which was good because it felt a little sketchy with what I will assume are long time guests of the property. All in all, it was an acceptable stay based on our needs but I would have felt uncomfortable bringing my children to this location. Would I come back? yes...but only as another last resort. The staff was very eager to please which was nice.

Absolutely the WORST hotel stay EVER!!!! Cockroaches in the room, sticky floors, trashy outside, other guests and kids running and yelling outside at all hours. I finally caved and checked out early and paid double room rate at another hotel just to get out.

First and foremost, every single staff member I met was great: kind, helpful, accommodating; they deserve kudos.
That said, if this hotel is going to jack up rates during FSU/FAMU game weekends to an absurd number, money needs to be re-invested into improving the property... dramatically.

Shouted at by the rudest employee, Frankie. He is an absolute emabarrassment to the company. Too lazy to even type a name into the computer. The manager, Rudy was completely worthless at trying to solve the problems that multiple guests were experiencing. Guest #1 got a room, but when she opened the door, other people were already in the room. She was shaking when she came back to return her key. Guest #2's reservation was not honored and his room had been given away. I was guest #3 in line and my reservation was also not honored and my room was given away. Guest #4 in line had a room, but returned a few minutes later and demanded a refund because there were empty doritos bags scattered in the room and neither bed was made. Guest #2 joked that he might be willing to take her dirty room just so he would have a place to sleep. My husband and I left and decided to make the 3-hour drive home. We called Motel 6 Guest Services on the drive home to complain and when they looked up our name, they found our reservation but explained that this particular hotel over-books on purpose, assuming that some folks won’t honor their reservation and that way they don’t loose out on money. A truly shocking way to run a business.

(No exaduration) They took somewhere around 8 hours to find the booking even though I had 2 confirmation emails with confirmation code. It was told to me that it was my fault (until they finally found the reservation). The room has no working tv, broken dresser with drawers literally falling out. They even said the place was totally booked at the beginning and the front desk worker didn't even get out of his chair or even roll to the window to talk to me. I asked to speak with the manager and he told me no because they wouldn't wake up to deal with my tiny problem. Worst hotel experience ever

Very dirty. Sheets were dirty, floors, beds were moldy. The morror was disgusting not clean. Had 1 tower, one wash cloth and 1 hand towel. Wasn't gonna stay but was late . Will never go back

Others clothes in drawers. No towels. Unfriendly staff. A policy posted an additional 100 dollars for the stay after the room had been booked and paid in advance. Did not stay left immediately very unsafe. Did not get money back. Don’t put people in a hell hole.

I left to get dinner and came back to my room completely stripped and moved to an even worse and dirtier room that smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. I got a partial refund but then she said I can have my reservation on the house because there was nowhere else I could go in such short notice at 10 pm but everyday till check out I kept being told 9 in the morning that I had to check out so I kept going back and forth to the office my entire stay because no one communicated with the front.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff's conduct was unprofessional and irresponsible. A package delivered to the hotel, signed for by the front desk, was nowhere to be found when I went to collect it. My package was only located after I insisted on confronting the staff member in question, and by then, it had been opened. This raised serious suspicions about the staff's integrity, and I am convinced they are engaging in theft. My security deposit, which was supposed to be refunded within a week, was not returned. When I called to inquire, I was told they had "forgotten" to process it. After confirming the refund, I discovered that the transaction was reversed, and I am still waiting for my money. This behavior is nothing short of stealing from guests.
