Great central location in Saint Gilles only a tram ride away from Midi station. All the staff were so kind and accomodating. The room and bathroom were very clean and the air conditioning was a blessing in the summer heat! Would definitely recommend this place :)

Ontbijt was heerlijk, lekker divers!
Alles was prima

Staff were very helpful. Appreciated a phone call a few days prior to stay indicating that, because of recent high temperatures, an additional fan would be placed in the room.
Nothing I didn't like.
4.5

Convenient for MIDI station. In a quiet residential area. Personal care by staff. Reasonable cost compared to other hotels in central Brussels. Conveniently close to a lot of cafes and restaurants (St Gilles quarter).
No aircon, but we knew that in advance and there is a fan in every room.

very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and cozy room the ratio quality-price was really honest
3.5
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms are a good size and have all the basic amenities you could need. Location is also nice, travel a couple stops on the team to reach downtown
4.0
Room was comfy and breakfast ok (B). Location is great.
My room was called "Leopold" with decorations in "African" style. This seems inappriopriate to me.

Very friendly atmosphere and stuff. Rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable.

Good breakfast.

Big room. Comfy mattress. Clean spacious bathroom.
Some wear and tear on the furniture, paint and carpet. Very high pillows.
3.5
Location, breakfast, bed.
Bathrooms are tiny. Check in not until 4pm, surely they can make it earlier.

Room comfort was excellent including comfy bed, clean toilet; breakfast was more than I had expected, the atmosphere was nice and friendly. I would rather have warmer room with heating facilities.

Cosy, well-located hotel with everything you may need during a short stay in BXL..
Room sizes are on a small side, but are well-designed though.
5.0
gorgeous property, beautiful room with a stunning view over the city and a surprise balcony.
a little far from the “Christmas centre” of Brussels (30 min walk), but in a really lovely area close to the shopping district and close to some landmarks to make it enough to do should you not want to venture into the centre.
4.5
very clean pretty good location
breakfast. not great
3.0
It was very clean, kettle and free coffee.
The receptionist was very nice
I liked the fact that there was a desk
Very small, and no receptionist at night.
Under the bed you could see a mattress, not a pretty sight (see photo)
4.5
Very good breakfast, the room and its bathroom are clean and spacious with an artistic touch which enhance the experience of the stay and the tourisim. Next to bus stations.
The room needs more light at the night, the lights are not enough.
4.0
Very nice, low-key hotel with understated but pleasant Belgian theme. Comfortable beds, immaculate (recently refurbed?) en-suite and friendly, helpful staff. Good St. Gilles location with lots of excellent local coffee shops and on multiple tram routes. Would stay again.
Breakfast offering is so so - OK continental cold plates, but hot items a bit tired. The coffee shop up the street is a much better bet!
4.5
staff were very friendly and helpful. It's easy to get to on a tram from Midi station - about 12 minutes. On quiet side road. You can let yourself in if you get back late as room key card works on front door as well
would have liked more more coffee sachets - they only put one on tray each day
