Will definitely be back again
Location was brilliant and the building was wonderful. The staff I cannot fault. They were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble.
Bathroom tap was loose which was very annoying.

A hotel with lovely staff but tired facilities which would really benefit fromupdating
Historical interest and position
The facilities were not as described by booking.com. The staff said they keep telling booking.com to alter various descriptions but that booking.comb never does. The receptionist told us to book direct in future.

Cute rustic with great staff and breakfast.
I loved the rustic authenticity of old word English town.
You can hear everything in the rooms next to you and we would have liked a shower.

Lovely relaxing stay in a lovely old inn with lovely staff.
Friendly helpful staff, lovely old building, very convenient for all the pubs, restaurants and shops in Rye. Breakfast (included) very good. Evening meals of a high standard with a reasonable selection.
After some heavy rain there was water in the bathroom from the flat roof above. After having no (or any) rain for so long it may not have been noticed or reported - I’m sure they’ll have it fixed.
