Het was een prettig verblijf, het terras is mooi, het uitzicht op de zee en de pier is fantastisch.

Het was een erg vriendlijk ontvangst bij aankomst. Het personeel heeft ons de hele tijd vriendelijk geholpen. Ook bij kleine extra vragen zoals of ze de zonwering even konden laten zakken op het terras. Dat deed het meisje meteen en met een lach, en dat terwijl ze ook andere dingen aan het doen was. Het ontbijt is geweldig. Ruime keus. Locatie is zeer centraal gelegen tussen Hastings en St. Leonards.

Great couple of days.

All went well room good, loved the shower. Had breakfast & dinner in hotel very good for price. Location to close to pier disco banging till late.

Husband has walking & balance problems, lift very small but couldn’t have managed without it.

Location is great, opposite the pier. Staff were great and very helpful. Breakfasts were excellent, good quality and excellent value. Parking was fine as we managed to get a space in the car park. Bay Spice Indian restaurant just down the road was great as was the Italian on the pier

It was a bit noisy, but it didn’t stop us from sleeping. The window in the room could be opened, but the tilt option wasn’t working. The lift is very snug!

Beautifuly decorated, pet friendly and great value!

Staff were very accommodating and down to earth! Showed me to my room and informed me of all things I needed to know! Great job! Very modern, secure and great views from spacious room!

Accessibility. Although there are lifts, there’s no ramp leading into the building. This made it difficult to enter. Once I struggled with the steps I had to use the patio doors and not the main entrance due to the doors being inadequate for entry with a pushchair.

A very good few days away

Had a lovely stay for a few days at the hotel. Lovely food and the staff were very friendly and happy to help with anything you wanted to know. Would definitely stay again.

The lift was a bit shaky, wasn't sure if if was in the middle of being refurbished.

The bedroom (209) could have been cleaner; bedside unit had not been moved. A small bedside unit either side of each bed would have been preferred. Dogs in the café.

February weekend stay

It was a very comfortable stay, room was lovely and warm and nice shower over the bath.

The price !! I stayed for 3 nights at £120 per night I would have thought that breakfast would be included for that.

Really good location and very helpful if you need to travel with a pet.

Nice hotel with a lot of small corridors and staircases. The lift was a bit claustrophobic so we preferred the stairs. The rooms were on the small side, but big enough, the bed was comfy and the bathroom area was surprisingly big. Breakfast was good, hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. If we come back to Hastings we will look for this hotel again 😊

Hotel parking lot is rather small and was full even though the hotel was not fully booked.

Long weekend in Hastings

We booked the White Rock initially for its location, but were pleasantly surprised by the hotels cleanliness friendliness and facilities. On top of these, the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Great value breakfast and portion sizes for both breakfast and dinner. Fabulous service and staff very friendly. Loved my room, was spacious and the bed was huge. Very quiet where I was.
