Very good location. Big territory with garden and sport activities. Nice pool. Nice restaurants on territory, specially La Baye. Very friendly staff. In spite of noise from the construction of a skyscraper and disco all night on a closest building it was quietly in a room. Good and clean beach. My recomendation for sure!
Pillows - that what need to be improved. Not comfortable sleep. One is very thick. Put 2 is too much. Will be nice to have pillows different size in a room.
Crabs in a water on a beach. There are a lot of crabs in a sea in front of the hotel. They bite feet. For adults it is not a big problems. But it is problem for kids. They afraid to swim after few bites.

Me and my sister arrived very ill from another country and they accommodated us very well. From the staff at the desk, to the restaurant staff, the cleaners and room service, they were all lovely and friendly. They also offered us lots of ginger tea and special made dinners because we were so ill. Our time would have been amazing if we weren't so sick (no issues with the hotel at all) but despite this, it was still very enjoyable. Would definitely return to this hotel!
Maybe a few more signs needed to figure out where everything is as the hotel is huge or a guided tour. They may have already not sure.

Beautiful property with world class customer service. We love the pools and the breakfast buffet. All the restaurants are fantastic.
I would love to see a pool table and darts area for guests only that is open late. We had to walk to another hotel to “chill out” in a more relaxed environment - the library bar is exquisite but a little quiet.

Magnifique, rien à ajouter. Restaurants, personnel, lieux, l’accès, les alentours. C’est top ! De l’eau chaque jour en chambre dans des bouteilles en verre. La chambre faite plusieurs fois par jour, une salle de bain spacieuse. Des employés discrets et efficaces qui n’hésitent pas à rendre notre séjour agréable.
En août, il faut prévoir que l’eau de la mer est très chaude, brune, mais les piscines sont parfaites.
Le nettoyage des piscines pourraient être amélioré, car il y a des endroits avec des traces de « moisissure».
Si on veut la perfection, les coussins des transats devraient être lavés car quelques taches traînaient

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was amazing all the staff were fantastic, our cleaners who cleaned our room were amazing, the doorman, reception, waiting staff honestly they were all amazing.We could not believe how friendly all the staff were who acknowledge you if they walked past you it was such a wonderful feeling, we had been travelling around Europe for 7 weeks before arriving at the Ritz-Carlton and I can tell you hotels in Europe need to send their staff to the Ritz-Carlton to be shown how to treat guest.
I would definitely stay again if we ever travel to Dubai again.

The room was large enough, furnished with all the necessary things. The room was cleaned 2-3 times a day!! The room is equipped with a smart system (curtains, light), a speaker with a wireless notebook and an alarm clock. There were a lot of compliments from the hotel, which further brightened up our vacation. The area is very beautiful, despite the fact that the hotel was overbooked, there were few people everywhere. A wide clean plagbeach, a sufficient number of sun beds, There is a guard on the beach who does not allow anyone to enter the territory. The hotel itself is designed in an elegant European style. There are many restaurants and bars. We celebrated our daughter's birthday at Tamoka restaurant. It is located right on the beach. There was a fire show on the day of the event. The staff sang and danced to her as congratulations. We really liked the food and drinks. I'd like to make a note at the Libarary bar. This is a place where you can smoke cigars and have great cocktails in very inviting atmosphere. Our family thanks your hotel for keeping the brand.

We spent a wonderful, relaxing vacation at this beautiful hotel.
The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, the dishes are international and freshly prepared.
The beach is wonderful with comfortable loungers, the beach staff serves free water and small snacks.
The entire hotel staff is exceptionally friendly, very attentive and compent, the guest is always the focus.
Particulary noteworthy is the fantastic breakfast room staff and the professionell room maintennance team, (Nabaraj , Keshav ).
If I could give mor than a 10 I would.
This was the third time we have stayed inthe great hotel and we will be here again next September.

Fabelhaftes Frühstück mit sehr großer Auswahl; Toller Strandabschnitt und immer genügend Liegen (mit Handtuch-Service); Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich; aber durch die hohe Anzahl an Supervisor alles etwas hektisch; Room Service war auch immer sehr bemüht und Zimmer waren sauber. Bemerkenswert war die Überraschung für unser Kind (Geburtstagskuchen...). Anlage sehr weitläufig und sehr gepflegt!
Wir wollten das Zimmer wechseln (da wir direkten Zugang zur Anlage wollten) und mussten insgesamt fünf mal mit den Rezeptionist/innen sprechen. Erst nach Rücksprache mit Supervisor ging alles plötzlich sehr schnell und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit! Zimmer im linken Flügel des Hotels etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Отель очень хороший! Идеальная пляжная зона, чуть утопленная вглубь от моря, шезлонгов хватает всегда с запасом даже. Вход в море прекрасен, метров 10 от берега уже «по шею». В лаунже были на завтрак и полдник - все вкусно, мало людей, есть зона на балконе где можно курить. Солнца на балконах утром нет, с 14 до 19 есть. Кому интересно пиво утром (я из таких) - обслуживание на пляже и у бассейнов с 12 дня (тоже определенный плюс отелю). Завтрак до 11, это удобно, во всяком случае в лаунже. В 40 метрах от отеля ресторан тамока на пляже с видом на море, вкусно, дорого)). На улице в шаговой доступности масса безалкогольных забегаловок, в 20 минутах пешком рестораны с лицензией на алкоголь на берегу моря, есть итальянский европейский и русский, русский без вида на море и без веранды (выйти из отеля и идти направо, Pavilion JBR), в полтора раза дешевле тамоки. Круто что отель не высотка, 6 этажей, этакий оазис)). Один из бассейнов, как мы поняли, чайлдфри, что тоже приятно. У нас не взяли депозит, не поняли почему, но задавать вопрос не стали, хотя все время платить картой неудобно конечно. Предполагаю, на карте не хватило денег на депозит (он был 5 тыс долларов, почти как цена проживания), и с нас его не потребовали - в целом это плюс). Чекаут прошел странно - пользование минибаром записали с наших слов, и это тоже было приятно.

24/7 Baulärm direkt angrenzend an das Hotel. Extrem laute, unangenehme Konzerte auf dem Hotelgelände. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier aktuell nicht richtig. Die Hotelzimmer waren sehr dunkel und nicht liebevoll eingerichtet. Halbpension in denen noch nicht einmal Wasser inkludiert ist, finden wir sehr frech.

Die Lage ist leider nicht gut. Direkt am Hotel ist eine riesige Baustelle, es wird bis spät am Abend dort gehämmert und gearbeitet. Dann hat man unmittelbar in der Nähe den Flughafen vom Skydive wo alle 10 min Propellerflugzeug startet. Am Strand selber fahren viele Boote, jetskies daher sehr laut. Zum entspannen ist das Hotel nichts. Der Service und das Buffet die Restaurants waren alle erstklassig. Wir würden aber nicht wieder kommen.

There was an excellent selection at the breakfast buffet. You should look no further if you plan to stay on JBR since this property has the best beach area. Other resorts on the same beach line have massive amount of people next to each other. In comparison to Ritz Carlton, which has a HUGE and long beach area, where it's very protected by security, so that outside people don't go in, and also all the sunbeds are spread out creating an intimate experience unlike the other resorts on the same beach line. Also, this property has excellent location because once you get off from the Sheikh Zayed Road in the evening you can quickly get to the property without being stuck in traffic for long unlike getting to other hotels that are further.
This hotel is on the older side, however, it is clear that the staff and management tries VERY hard to keep its facilities clean and very well-maintained. My only concern is to change up the towels in the La Beiau lounge, and also the carpet in the bathroom because they have already had its use. Other than that for this hotel's age it's VERY well maintained, and we love coming back here. It was our 3rd time at this property in Dubai.

All staff were fantastic. Executive lounge was a nice way to relax and served a wide selection of foods and drinks.
Drinks were quite pricey at the pool bar. Also depending on which barman was on would depend on how a cocktail is made and how much alcohol is added. Although there were beds available around the pool most times, many guests reserved beds and then were not seen for many hours, which needs to be addressed by the hotel.

Very nice position at the beach in jumeirah. Ample facilities. Great food at Latin American main beach restaurant and breakfast choices are top notch and comprehensive across cultures. Very friendly staff. Nice rooms. And helpful quality valet service. Both at beach and hotel door. Great spa and many pools. Helpful concierge .well kept older hotel. Good also for families but quiet areas are available everywhere.
Allocation of room was done discriminatory and without explanation nor tolerance. . Position implies traffic jams for most city visits and transfers unless early in the morning. Ritz carlton style as such may seem to some as being a bit outdated or dusted.in this particular destination .

Die Anlage mit dem riesigen Park ist wunderschön und die Bademöglichkeiten in Pools sind riesig. Der Strandbereich ist exklusiv für Hotelgäste reserviert und stets bewacht. Das Angebot zum Frühstück ist gigantisch, wir haben noch nie ein derartiges Frühstücksangebot angetroffen und waren schon in mehreren 5* Hotels. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer war täglich zufriedenstellend gereinigt.
Möchte man mehrheitlich im Hotel essen, könnte die Auswahl und das Platzangebot vielleicht etwas grösser sein. Was bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr störend war, ist die grosse Baustelle, welche direkt neben dem Hotel liegt und nahe bei unserem Zimmer lag. Es war unmöglich, mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen, da die Baustelle 7 Tage/24Stunden lärmintensiv in Betrieb war. Dies hat unseren Aufenthalt stark negativ geprägt, da diese Situation in einem 5* Hotel zu diesem Preis nicht akzeptabel ist. Eigentlich würde ich sogar eine teilweise finanzielle Rückerstattung erwarten oder zumindest wäre eine Vorwarnung angebracht! Ein Umzug war leider nicht möglich, hätte vermutlich auch nichts gebracht!

Despite booking a room that included Breakfast, I wasn't allowed to go to the main breakfast room but was limited to the much smaller breakfast available in the Club Lounge. Quite a disappointment, and very strange experience. Hotel room a little dated, as no ability to connect phone to TV or TV to internet.

Accomodating, friendly and supportive! Staff was very kind and understanding of my check-in/ check-out times.
I even had dropped some cash and they contacted me and brought to my room! Wonderful!
