Séjour agréable dans un hotel idéalement situé.

L'emplacement de l'hotel est parfait pour avoir accès au centre ville. La chambre est propre et bien équipée. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était très varié et de très bonne qualité.

La chambre triple est un peu petite pour accueillir trois personnes. La télécommande de télévision ne disposait pas du cache pile mais plutôt d'un bout de scotch. Une explication pour le wifi aurait été parfait. Il serait idéal d'avoir aussi un parking pour la clientèle de l'hotel.

Great value hotel in the center of Caen

Room was super comfortable with a balcony, a TV with a wide selection of channels and a super modern, spacious and clean bathroom. Teas and coffees supplied in the room with a reasonably sized desk.

Breakfast option was a little limited for a vegan, for the price.

Comfortable, friendly, and perfectly located.

A very comfortable hotel for the price. The staff were extremely helpful (printing a conference paper for me) and very friendly. It's perfectly located for exploring both sides of the old town and near a tram stop,

I didn't have any complaints.

Conveniently located small hotel

Centrally located, it's a small hotel good for a couple of nights stay. You can see the hotel is very well mantained. Bed was good, as pillows, as shower. Enough for a weekend stay. Tranway stop is nearby and very easy to get to from the Train Central Station> Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Museum of Beaux-Arts just a few minutes away by foot.

Bathorom was extremely small. I don't really understand how this sized toilets are legal in France. My knees touched the front wall when sitting in the WC and I am not super tall, I'm only 1.74m. Breakfast at 13 euros is expensive for what there is to get.

Good location, fine breakfast, clean and unusually spacious shower!

My friend fell down on the floor when going miscalculating the last step. To our surprise the woman behind the desk that watched the accident didn't lift a finger or acknowledge us. The floor was hard and my friend got badly bruised but fortunately broke no bones.

Lovely hotel in the center of Caen

The hotel is in the center of Caen and in easy walking distance to the main shopping and restaurant areas. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were lovely.

Location was central and balcony was a welcomed surprise.

The lack of parking and expensive breakfast option weren't ideal. The room was extremely dim lit and there were scarce outlets near the TV. Would have liked to hook in a firestick or laptop since all channels were French. Overall, good stay and value for the price.

Ok for the money

Location for shops, restaurants, bars and site seeing and only 20 mins from the ferry port for the early morning ferry home

Rooms are warm and stuffy so needed to keep window open but then you have people shouting and making noise at 2am ish outside walking by the hotel

Good location near the Castle and the Old part of the city. Also an easy walk to nearby bars and restaurants.

Street parking is difficult and expensive although free after 7.00pm. Underground parking available at nearby Castle car park. Breakfast is typical continental.

Modestly price, cheerful staff, but room for improvement.

The breakfast was terrific and the location excellent.

The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows hard, the towels thin. Parking was also a problem, rather complicated to access.

The beds were soft. The breakfast was very nice with fresh fruits and good selection of baked goods.

Serviceable hotel with adequate conditions for the price.

The hotel was nice, the service was fine. Breakfast was nice.

It was very hot and there was no air conditioning control in the room so it was a bit hot in the room. The room was small but altogether for the price, it was quite suitable and adequate.
