Tutto sommato bene

La camera non presentava particolari mancanze, la pulizia era buona e lo staff è prontamente intervenuto durante la notte per un asciugacapelli non funzionante. La camera acquistata era fronte strada, cortile interno con parcheggio, pertanto risultava comoda, avendo un'automobile. Inoltre, per i più avventurieri, era allestita con diversi specchi, tra cui uno sul soffitto, e svariati led colorati per cambiare le impostazioni luce della stanza.

Il problema principale è che non mi è stata consegnata la camera che ho acquistato. Anche se la tipologia della camera era specificata, l'arredamento mostrato in foto era ben più nuovo di quello trovato, un arredamento abbastanza datato, direi decisamente kitsch, con muri e moquette magenta acceso, divani in pelle rossa completamente usurati, impostazione camera da motel, seppur si tratti di un 4 stelle. Costo della camera eccessivo, presumibilmente a causa dell'elevata richiesta nella settimana del salone del mobile, prezzo anche accettabile se la camera fosse stata quella scelta. L'hotel è munito anche di cassa esterna per check in rapido con auto e affisso tariffario per affitto camera ad ore. Diciamo che scegliendo un hotel fra i 4 stelle, non mi aspettavo di finire in un hotel ad ore con un elevato via vai di macchine. Concludo con un dettaglio a mio avviso spiacevole, in quanto il personale di reception asseriva che mi sia stata consegnata la camera che ho scelto e che ho visto in foto.

could be a good option, maybe it’s just us who were unlucky that day. there was no shampoo in bathroom, no blanket, no kettle, no tea/coffee. we assumed it should be in 4* hotel. overall, not the best experience.

Overall the stay was good.

I don't know how but I landed in a room for disabled. Although it was ok, I preferred otherwise.

I will never forget the staff at this Hotel for their professional approach and support.

Staff where outstanding and could not help enough when i encountered personal issues.

Nothing it was outstand in every area. Food was excellent. The supoort from every member of staff was exceptional

Very good

Clean, good value for money and staff were nice.

Location was ok but not the best. Only concern is regarding the breakfast as the plate was filled by the chef and not by the guest as normally happens.

not the best experience, dissapinted on many points

the location is very convenient and the rooms seemed pretty newly decorated. also the staff was very friendly at arrival.

It was not very clean, we found a lot of hair on towels, in the badroom and in the bed. The room services was extremely poor, they ran out of many things ( no pizzas, no simple pasta’s) early in the evening. The food was clearly microwaved and not something I would recommend! Then on Saturday morning at 7.30 they started maintenance in the room next to us! lots of noise, very unpleasant. The breakfast is unfortunately another very poor point of the hotel, very limited and not tasty at all.

Nothing to like.

No mini bar. Fridge empty. No house keeping service in 3 days. Asked for more toilet paper and Kleenex and got none. No shuttle service. 1st room l entered was infested with flies so they quickly gave me a different room. I could go on but why?!

Completely not what we expected. It is definetely not 4 star hotel. Room smelled bad, terrible color lightning, you can hear neighbours and cars.

The whole atmosphere was family friendly and very accommodating.

I would suggest if there could be made available in the rooms a tea facility . And somewhere to heat food like a microwave .
