Wonderful place with a great owner and fantastic balsamic vinegar

The owner was extremely welcoming, the property was really clean and the breakfast meticulous and delicious. We had a tour of his balsamic vinegar farm with him which was fantastic, really informative and the balsamic vinegar delicious.

Great host, good location to experience more rural area but close enough to main city.

Location was great for Modena area (15minutes by car). Visited Ferrari Museum in Maranello and the centre of Modena. Got a free tour of the Balsamic Vinegar production on the farm, great host Paride. Room and bathroom spotless.

Interesting balsamic production tour, acceptable accomodation

Roberto is an absolutely charming host and it was interesting to see the vinegar operation There has clearly been effort made to provide supplies for guests in the room. It was clean and there are 2 chairs for the table and a little balcony.

It's right beside the main road which is noisy until midnight. There are no people living on the property so it doesn't feel other farm stays we have experienced. Breakfast was prepackaged bread and sweet yogurt, sweet croissants, if you like sugar, perhaps fine?

Pleasant and fun!

The breakfast was rich and tasty. It was wonderful trying some Italian delicacies, especially the local balsamic vinegar, and seeing how it is made. The location is great – right in the middle of countryside but still close to Modena. The stay was peaceful and pleasant and the owner was so friendly and kind!

Amazing place to stay , the Staff is wonderful since you get there until you left , Paride is a Great gentleman and the hospitality & and treatment is outstanding, I don't have anything to say negative or to complain , they have a great rooms with spaces , hot water ,breakfast , wifi and very important parking with gated security . Paride surprised us with a Balsamic manufacture tour in wich we learn plenty of how is made till how is bottle , on top of that we were able to taste it! Definitely will be back and bring more friends!!! Thank you guys for everything been beyond perfection.

Perfect getaway for a long weekend!

Wonderful stay! The owner was delightful and took the time to make our stay above and beyond! The tour and explanation of their balsamic vinegar was a true pleasure. We considered ourselves lucky to have the opportunity to try the house Traditional Balsamic of Modena. The breakfast every morning was splendid. A great start to the day, especially compared to what you will get out in town for breakfast. If you have the chance to stay here, you should take advantage of the opportunity!

Nice, clean apartments with a friendly and conscientious host.

The owner, Mr Paride, was very friendly and obliging. He spoke little English, and we spoke little Italian, but we got by just fine with Google Translate. He also has a balsamic vinegar cellar which can be toured if you ask. There was a good selection at breakfast.

Consider a ceiling fan in the summer perhaps?

Very friendly and nice place to stay!

Very very friendly owner of the place, did not speak English but used translate app so made the stay very welcome. Nice and renovated room, air conditioned, nice breakfast too. A tour about traditional Balsamico vinegar is possible which was very nice. Overall recommended place to stay.

A very busy road next to the B&B so it might be slightly disturbing at night. The air conditioning was working only when window open (probably because of the temperature sensing) and was not adjustable. The owner speaks only Italian so for some it might be a bit difficult.
