Super moment !! J'aurai aimé rester plus longtemps

Le personnel est tellement à l'écoute et disponible ! Lh'otel est très beau et bien aménagé. La chambre avec vue sur la plage de Kata est magnifique ! La piscine est très agreable mais j'ai surtout profité de la navette pour aller à la plage de Kata NOI beach !

Le room service sert des plats pas très bon.

Bene ma non benissimo.

Esperienza tutto sommato positiva.. La camera (vista mare) era molto spaziosa. Letti comodissimi, i cuscini invece no. È vicino a 2 spiagge, raggiungibili anche a piedi.. consiglio quella di Kata Noi perchè è più bella e più tranquilla! La struttura si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Kata Beach con I suoi ristoranti, negozi e centri massaggi! ..bella anche la piscina, curata. Colazione varia, ma più propensa al salato.. Personale gentile.

- è pericoloso uscire dalla struttura, da entrambi gli accessi non ci sono strisce pedonali e si trovano in prossimità di un bel curvone tra 3 strade. - la navetta per Kata Noi è solo x l'andata. Non abbiamo capito perchè.. mentre per Kata beach fanno andata e ritorno. Al ritorno quindi dovete farvela a piedi col rischio di farvi arrotare o prendere un taxi a 200 baht. - la hall e la sala colazione non sono climatizzate.. ci sono dei ventilatori, ma ad aprile si squagliava lo stesso. - scalini.. sono tanti, 80 per arrivare alla nostra stanza, la 146. Che in sè non sarebbe male, fa bene alle chiappe e alla circolazione.. se ci sono 45°C percepiti per via di caldo e umidità però è na botta. Cioè: fate proprio la naja pesante.. io vi ho avvisati... - quando siamo arrivati in stanza c'erano 38° C. Il clima lo troverete bello spento.. lo potete accendere solo con la tessera magnetica.. che più che tessera è un blocchetto che non potete sostituire con niente altro. Noi abbiamo staccato la chiave alla schifomadò e abbiamo lasciato il clima a 26-27 che è il giusto compromesso per non crepare dal freddo e non schiumare dal caldo dopo una giornata al mare e soprattutto dopo gli 80 scalini. - stanza d'appoggio calda e con climatizzatore pieno di polvere.. - la maggior parte degli ospiti è di origine russa o giù di lì, dovete armarvi di pazienza perchè non sono il massimo dell'educazione nè la mattina a colazione nè in piscina.. - ah, non mi sono piaciuti i cuscini. Tutta l'imbottitura era a grumi, scomodissimo.. ne ho provati 5.. e le fodere sapevano da pelle grassa.. non so se avete presente l'odore della roba non lavata bene... - ciabatte in camera non di quelle tipo usa e getta, ma usa e riusa e riusa da chissà quanta gente. - niente fazzoletti/salviette.. avrebbero fatto comodo Ecco, pensavo di trovare una struttura un pò più carina per la categoria

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel!

- Lage, zentral, Geschäft um die Ecke. Restaurant im Umkreis von 7 min. Zum Strand braucht man knappe 5 min. - Sauberkeit. - Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Großes Kompliment dafür! - Pool war gepflegt und Fitnessstudio kann man auch benutzen - Frühstücksbuffet sehr abwechslungsreich. Hat uns richtig gut geschmeckt. - super Blick auf die Stadt ⏩ Das beste Hotel unseres Thailandurlaubs!

Pas mal mais un peu cher

L emplacement est bon mais sans ascenseur. Petit déjeuner très bon

Notre chambre 942 demande un peu d effort pour y accéder. Pour des personnes peu sportives cela risque d être compliqué sans ascenseur

I will stay in Orchidacea and book the same room again.

We like the room very much. It is big enough for three of us. Also, it has great sea view. We love it!

The breakfast can be better.

Very relaxing and good value for money

Room was very clean. We had asked for 3 beds and this request was accommodated without any problem. Location was very convenient. Overall, great value for money.

Traffic next to the property was sometimes a bit noisy. Wifi in the room was unstable and somewhat frustrating.

Ab 9:45 Uhr wird das Frühstücksbuffet nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Alle Speisen waren leider kalt.

Relaxing holiday!

We had a great stay here. The resort is close to Kota beach just 4 minutes by walking. It’s in a good location. Staff is nice and always ready to help you. They offer shuttle for free for Kata and Kata Noi beaches. The room was spacious and clean as well We appreciated the swimming pool with jacuzzi.

The mattress was quite hard… Wi-Fi is allowed only one device for person and you have to log in back every time you want to use it.

Beautiful hotel, great location, great value. I would book again.

Beautiful spacious room with a sea view. Short walk to Kata Beach. The on-site pool was very nice and clean as well.

Two minor things. You can only connect one device to the wifi at a time using the provided voucher code. Also the water pressure in the shower is very inconsistent.

A great 2 weeks at a very good price

This hotel was great for location and facilities. Pool was clean and rooms cleaned daily. This hotel does not have a lift, and we had a top floor room, which we asked for, and the views over Kata beach were fantastic. The hotel will take you up most of the was in their vehicle if its too difficult for you, buts it's not too bad to be honest. Food at the hotel was reasonably priced too.

There was some road noise whilst at the pool but nothing the hotel can do about that.

Amazing accommodation and view, friendly staff.

We had an amazing time. Staff are excellent. Facilities were great. everything met our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Kata beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel overall

staff is very kind and helpful, they are doing everything to make the stay pleasant. Rooms have a nice view and location is good. They have a shuttle service taking guests to the beach

Property is very old and needs some refurbishment. Breakfast needs to be improved as food was not great.

great views of Kata beach once we were in our sea view room

when booking.com taxi never turned up, manager managed to get a taxi when they were in short supply, luckily getting us to the airport with 15 minutes to spare.

first night so called upgrade, bigger room but very limited sea view, had to wait til next day before getting sea view room or would have scored higher

We loved it and would definitely book here again.

The room was spacious and comfortable for our family. We had a beautiful view of the beach from our balcony which we loved and the location waa perfect too. we could walk to the beach and shops or when we stepped out on the road it was easy to get a taxi. Perfect.

Water pressure is a headache. The pressure fluctuates every 2-5 secs, and the water temperature changes together with the pressure.

Enjoyable hotel

Staff were very nice and very accommodating. Great view from the Seaview rooms, and pretty quiet at night. Nice sized rooms and balcony also. Great location near to everything. Pool was clean and nice an cool. Free beach towels were a nice touch. The bed was pretty firm but this is very common in Asia and we liked it. Staying at the top floor of the hotel, there was alot of stairs, but the staff helped us with bags on check in/out Hotel transfers organised by reception went smoothly and was fairly priced

Breakfast, as mentioned in other reviews, it's very very repetitive. Alot of processed meat, eggs and potato. The food seems to cater towards Russian guests (and there are alot of Russians here) A few days our room didn't get cleaned and we had to phone reception to get someone out to do it. Hot water did seem to run out once or twice in the evening, but no big deal.

Location in Kata was convenient to the beach and area markets

As with other reviewer comments, the steps to the higher elevations of the property were brutal, especially at the end of long day. We are in-shape folks and it was tough. Also, the food at breakfast was subpar, poor selection and quality wasn’t good. Hotel staff were excellent.

A pretty nice hotel

One of the main advantages of the hotel is its location. The hotel is located on a hill, close to the beach. There are a large number of cafes, shops nearby, in general, the tourist infrastructure is sufficiently developed, you can find everything you need. The territory of the hotel is quite large, although you constantly have to climb up/down the mountain to get to some point, but there are good views. A good swimming pool, good breakfast restaurant, the staff speaks good English and is ready to solve any issue. In general, the hotel left a pleasant impression.

Since the hotel is located on a mountain, it is constantly necessary to climb up/down, it is extremely inconvenient for the elderly or parents with children. All the rooms are connected to each other for some reason. In general, you can go from your room to your neighbor's room without leaving your room, this is strange.

A wonderful stay!

Everything The hotel and staff couldn't be faulted in anyway. I can't wait to stay there again.

There was nothing to dislike at all! But I will mention the hotel has only steps, and LOTS OF THEM!!! no lifts. Due to my health I couldn't cope with the room I was originally in but reception/management didn't hesitate to move me to a lower room. Although sadly I feel it wouldn't be the hotel for disabled guests 😕
