Toller Service, zentrale Lage und es duftet nach Wellness

Die Lage ist zentral und doch in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Die Walkingstreet ist zu Fuß schnell erreicht. Die Zimmer und das ganze Hotel duftet zart nach Lemongras Der Service war sehr fürsorglich. Mir wurde sofort ein Medikamt besorgt als ich erkrankte, warmer Tee wurde mir kostenfrei auf das Zimmer geliefert. Es wurde mehrfach nachgefragt, was man noch tun könne und wie es mir geht. Das Frühstücksbufett war umfangreich und ein Mix aus Europa und Asien.

Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln!

Un bel hôtel à 10 minutes à pied de la cité impériale. Chambre confortable, accueil cordial et très beau spa.

C’est un hôtel où séjournent de nombreux groupes. Ils sont souvent très bruyants et indisciplinés, notamment très tôt le matin…

Excellent staff

Location , staff were really helpful had an issue with a delayed flight which they contacted the agents to sort . Went over the beyond special thanks to Linh. Hotel clean and good breakfast selection

The only issue for me was the pool area was t available all day to guests .

Had a great time in Hue

Location was good, waked to all sightseeing spots. The spa and massage was superb. Kim Anh and My Linh were so kind and did a great massage.

Beautiful & modern room with fantastic view. Nice location in quiet street with cozy coffee shop nearby. Spa service also had reasonable price & big jacuzzi bath.

Superb

The rooms were light and bright and comfortable with everything required including a yoga mat. The day we checked out, they let us use the spa pool in the evening prior to us catching the night train and give us a complimentary drink. They were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is really well located, the staff is nice, we had a welcoming drink, free access to spa from 4 pm to 7 pm, and the staff booked for us the transport to go to Hoi An. I recommend this hotel!

The windows were not soundproofed, so we could hear city sounds (including music) late into the night from our side of the hotel.

Great respite stay while in Hue, very close to major attractions, laundry service, restaurants (Quan Hanh, Chan's, etc) nearby, minimalist modern decor, clean lobby and room amenities fresh and new, mostly quiet but weekends can get busy, excellent onsite spa and Madame Chau Restaurant. Well worth extra fee for breakfast buffet style with pho and egg station, we stayed 4 nights, and their helpful staff organized our tours at affordable prices. The spa treatment was wonderful, and the hot/cold jacuzzi hit the spot after long day of touring. Spa discount and comp use of jacuzzi from 4pm-7pm.

The free jacuzzi between 16h and 19h was excellent. The room was spacious and had a nice bathroom.

Overall our stay was positive but not sure I would return here next time.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is well situated near restaurants, shops, and bars. The hotel breakfast is quite good and was a highlight. Rooms are mostly adequate.

In general the hotel is in need of an update. The pictures online focus a lot on the spa part, which is nice, but the rest of the hotel is very different and outdated. The walls seem pretty thin, as our room was very noisy from an event happening floor below.

The room was a great size and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

There was no extractor fan in the bathroom, which meant the room felt quite damp and there was a lot of condensation on the windows.

Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff.

The staff were extremely friendly. It was a good location close to bars and restaurants. The spa and jacuzzi was great. Our room was large and the shower was great.

There was a loud noise that was coming from our room and we couldn’t work out where from. This was at random times in the night and kept waking us up.

Everyone here was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The room was very nice, well stocked and very clean. We would certainly stay here again.

Really nice hotel. Good sized room and nice extras like slippers and a dressing gown. The jacuzzi was good and perfect for when it was raining outside. I arrived in the morning off an overnight bus and was given complimentary early check in which was much appreciated. All staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
