Great location, good staff

as mentioned before . Reception staff and doorman amazing . Location good . Car parking on site free.

Restaurant service needs to be improved , overal restuarant needs a refurb. Inconsitancy with whats on offer daily in breakfast room. Overall purchasing for restuarant not the best. Always items missing from breakfast buffet to the evenign meal menu .

most worse experience ever, definitely threw away the Protea Hotels name a service, This place will

The Wi-Fi was working without buffering

1. The carpets in the hotel is Filthy and I had only one towel for my whole stay 2. I ordered a 450g T-Bone Rare - When the food came out the T-Bone was burned black and ice cold ( Super well Done ) when i explained to the waiter, barman and staff, they simply laughed in my face 3. As they were hosting the government, service was just not available at the dinner table or bar

Central location, large rooms and friendly staff

Located close to city centre and highway. Safe surroundings. Large room and bathroom with modern amenities, beautiful tiles in the bathroom. Friendly staff. Restaurant and security staff welcomed us back on our return a week later.

staff was friendly

very old decaying rooms, had to wait 20 minutes for them to find a room for me. door of cupboard was falling, kettle was dirty and wouldnt turn off. for the price it is not worth it. i had told them i would be doing early check out but by 6:40 there is no one at reception.

I did not enjoy my holidays because i paid more than what I initially budgeted for.

I was travelled with the family, me my spouse and my two kids who are under 11 years and they we supposed to sleep alone in their room away from their parents which is total unacceptable considering their age. Booking.com coerced 2room on me instead of family unit/suite and the Hotel was helpless in that regard. The same happened on the Dome hotel where i was supposed to stay for more than 4 days. The holidays are days for relaxing and having good quality time with the family but mine was a nightmare all thanks to Booking.com for forcing 2 room on me instead of family unit/suite. I did not like the fact that 2 rooms was forced in me instead of family unit/suite.

The fact that I had to cancel accommodation and make a new booking which now come up expensive because it was more like walk in booking.

Staff made a plan to provide dinner even though there was no Power since 1400hrs to midnight. Very friendly people.

There was no Electricity from 1400hrs to midnight. without to back up power and no internet. Had no hot water to take a bath or shower that night.

it’s location is nice. close to a mall and accessible to most of services you need.

someone can be confused to find where the rooms are because of the way these are numbered. for example rooms 102 and 211 are on 2nd floor but 206 is on 3rd floor.

Not much. We had a place to sit outside, would have been nice if there would have been a chair each, but no, only one...

We got a single room when we booked and paid for extra large double bed. Only one towel. Trie d to have dinner but no staff turned up, he was busy working in noisy bar. The bed lamps did not work. Stained shower mat. Water kettle had old water with black flakes inside. The flakes kept coming off with new water. After all this we went to talk to staff but could not explain anything. They put an extra chair for outside. Not much of a difference after this bad experience. Sorry.
