Hardly a three-star hotel

Location was impeccable - right in the heart of Santiago. Bed was comfortable.

No one was working in the lobby prior to check-in time at 3pm. Views of cathedral were promised, but my room didn't have any. Also, no actual toilet paper in the bathrooms - just a tissue dispenser. Passable for one night, but only worth half of what I actually paid for the room.

Ideal place to recover from walking the Camino!!!

Hotel Quintana is located in the centre of Santiago. The hotel is immaculate. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a room in the attic, lots of space, and a window we could open to look out over Santiago and also see the Cathedral towers. We are doing another Camino and will return to this Hotel.

Las camas súper cómodas, y habitaciones muy acogedoras. El desayuno esta bien pero un poco escaso.

Estaba en el segundo piso y se oía muchísimo la gente que pasaba caminando por la calle. No gritaban ni hacían fiesta, simplemente paseaban y hablaban normal y parecía que estaban en la misma habitación. Llamamos a recepción y nos subieron tapones y nos dijeron que no éramos los primeros que nos quejábamos.

Tuvo un problema con el agua y no pudimos aprovechar la mañana ya que no hubo agua durante al menos 4h por la mañana y no tuvimos ningún tipo de detalle ni solución

Quarto apesar de muito pequeno com cama confortável e tudo muito limpo!

Tivemos que pedir toalhas e conserto da TV que não foi atendido! O estacionamento longe para quem está com malas….

War aber durch die Lage sehr gut, gibt aber genug Hotels im Umkreis….

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Das erste Zimmer hatte Schimmel an der Fenster Innenseite und dazwischen. Der Blick in den Innenhof war echt grausam und keine Minute zum wohlfühlen. Das große Plus war das wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen haben aber dieses durch den Dachgiebel sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar war und deinetwegen echt gefährlich war sich den Kopf zu stoßen. Handtücher nur für eine Person… WC Papier ausgegangen….

What a beautiful place to stay. We loved our room and visiting the cathedral

We wanted a comfortable place to stay after walking the Camino. We loved the location to the cathedral and enjoyed everything around the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and our room was beautiful.

Agréablement surprenant

I was pleased to stay at the hotel, which is just a stone's throw from the cathedral. The rooms are very comfortable and functional, despite their small size. They are excellently equipped with brand new and very high quality material. Moreover, the staff is very welcoming and always available. I even had breakfast at 4:30 in the morning before leaving for the airport.

Right next to cathedral. Beautiful hotel. Very professional and kind staff ordered taxi for me, and started calling them when taxi wasn't there 5 minutes early, as they normally are there by then.

A beautiful , warm and welcoming hotel - would stay again

Beautiful small boutique hotel right next to the Cathedral. Liked the mix of exposed stone walls with modern facilities. It was immaculately clean throughout and the receptionists were so kind, friendly and spoke English. My room was up in the eaves with views of rooftops through the skylights. The bed was super-comfy as were the pillows, and the linens felt high quality. Breakfast was good with juice, fruit, cereals, yoghurt , bread and pastries.

Noise from loud voices of guests in the adjoining bedroom woke me in the night. Next morning , the lovely receptionist asked if I had slept well and said I must not hesitate to phone reception should that arise and they can ask guests to be mindful of others sleeping.

Exceptional

Very helpful, accommodating folks at reception. The rooms were comfortable and warm. Breakfast was great. Location is ideal, just steps away from the Cathedral and restaurants/cafes/shops. Would stay here again next time!
