There has been an building work from the building near the hostel so during all the day there is a lot of noises.
4.5
The room is located near the very center, a very good location. There are many cafes and shops in the area. There were no dishes in the room or where to boil water for tea or coffee, but there was a cafe on the first floor.

Located in the very center of Santiago, so like for the gastronomy adventures everything is basically 5 minutes away. Also a lovely park near, and surely Santiago Cathedral. Room was clean, couldn't complain.
A problem of lots of hotels in Spain in sound isolation. You hear everything so i recommend to sleep with sound cancelling plagues, otherwise you wouldn't get enough of sleep no here no pretty possible in another place. We stayed in 3 and didn't sleep normally all that times.
Also might be luck of fresh air, no ventilation, so you'll need to sleep with an open window which brings some extra noise from outside.

location was ideal for the central square in Santiago. quiet street outside away from the bustle. Taxi access outside the front door. Staff are amazingly helpful and friendly
this is not a dislike for me however the stairs to access the rooms are quite steep and no lift to the third floor might be an issue for some
4.5
Great location for the end of the Camino! Great bed. Great bathroom.
Not much I didn’t like. Maybe the stairs, but not really a big deal.
4.5
excellent location, very clean private room with private bathroom, and beautiful balcony looking down the street. The staff was helpful and even kept my suite case for a week while I am walking on the Camino.

Location was excellent
The stairs. After hiking the Camino the 3 flights of stairs were hard

Perfect location and close to everything. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Humidifier was used in room as bad condensation on doors and windows, was very noisy. Could do with extra pillows and blankets

Location only 5 minute walk from cathedral - perfect. Many services nearby including a bar at facility for coffee, other beverages, and light snacks. Staff were always helpful and welcoming. Room was clean, comfortable, and quite roomy. Best place in Santiago I have stayed at the end of four Camino walks.
Nothing

very clean. lovely views of the street life outside. everything we could want
very close to the Cathedral, lots of bats and cafes all close by.
we had breakfast which was lovely. several coffees and glasses of wine, just watching the world go by. The staff were kind, called us a taxi for our return to the airport.
a little noisy outside at night, but thats because its in the centre of the city

The location was great as close to everything.
The room was very small and average condition. There was noise from the restaurant down stairs.

Super cute flat and beautiful windows to keep open during the evening. Pleased that they were able to keep our bags until the next location's check in time.
There was a fan, and that was great because there was no A/C in this unit.

Great location walking distance from the end of our Camino. Clean, tidy and staff helpful.

Great location and well appointed little room with a terrace overlooking a nice part of the city.
Bathroom a little tight and people from the cafe downstairs occasionally mistaking our room for the bathrooms and trying the door to get in.
