It smells of damp

Cheap accommodation but couldn't make a hot drink in the room despite coffee and t bags milk being provided this was because someone had used the kettle to urinate into.
Cleanliness of toilets and showers.
Unable to use the kettle. Due to someone urinating inside kettle. It stunk so bad I nearly vomitted.🤢

The price was very competitive
Very small room, could hear arguments from other guests quiet late at night due to noise coming from rooms, the argument was quite aggressive and very loud. I wouldn't stay hear again despite the low price. The food in the cafe was very poor.

Ash was a really decent caring man. He drove all the way from his house back to the hotel to sort me out a tablet to use Very impressed and appreciated. Very happy with my stay

The room was clean and fresh, the windows were opened on our arrival. We had to contact the manager and he responded very quickly and professionally. The TV had a lot of channels. The shower was very powerful and the bathroom was very warm.
Some of the mattresses were a bit springy, but not uncomfortable.

The shower was OK. Whole place was clean.
Room was more like a corridor and next to a very busy road so you get no sleep. Make sure you read the instructions, there was no one there when I turned up so it was lucky the car wash guys could contact the owner to find out which room I was in as i hadnt tild them time of arrival as i didnt know it. Also couldn't get breakfast because its a Sunday. If coming on a Saturday eat before you arrive as closest place is the next village!
1 bathroom between 9 rooms and the cold tap doesn't work!! The hot tap is set to scolding so you can't actually wash in the sink or brush your teeth properly.
Worst thing was the front door to the upstairs does not lock. As a single female traveller I felt very unsafe only having a small bedroom lock between myself and the world. I nearly went and checked in elsewhere because of this.
