Super Lage. Sehr schöne Lobby und tolle Atmosphäre Sehr zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal. Frühstück ist ein Traum. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Mehr Ablage-Möglichkeiten im Bad wäre noch gut:-)

I loved the location, the overall design, the staff, the atmosphere, and especially the E-Bidet/Shower Toilet/Japanese Toilet.
The price, the E-Bidet/Shower-Toilet/Japanese Toilet aren't available in all types of rooms (I need to get a high-tiered room to get it, which doesn't help the price), and it's not classified as a "Genius" hotel, so my booking.com discount isn't recognized by the hotel.

La decoración es muy bonita pero no tiene servicios que justifiquen pagar 1000 euros la noche. No volvería.
Increible. No volveré.

Great location, easy to walk to everywhere. Staff were brilliant. Bed super comfy. Lovely size room. Very clean. Great bar in the hotel as well.

Location, ambience, decor, bar, staff, room, concierge, breakfast were everything we were looking for.
Room size was slightly smaller than compared with other hotels in similar location. Pillows were fresh but too soft.

Lovely building, excellent location, very luxurious, excellent staff.
I liked ALL

Quick check-in , way before room was supposed to be ready .
Very noisy dining room , especially during diner . Music too loud and not very suited to the venue in my opinion .
4.2
The location is very convenient, the lobby and entrance is impressive and the bed was comfortable. Nice soaps and towels in the bathroom. The breakfast options are decent and in the impressive berners tavern.
Lots!
When you pay over £600 per night you expect a certain level of service.
I was charged again for the room when I arrived. this wasn't refunded until the morning.
There was a note left in the room for a different guest.
They changed my room to one above the lobby, it was very noisy and the toilet / drainage system sounded like that on an aeroplane.
I asked to have breakfast in my room, but it never arrived and I had to check out early to get to work, meaning I had to buy myself something on the way.
There were some apologies for the experience, but the only remedy offered was a late check out which wouldn't help because I had to get to work.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The family room consisted of 2 queen size beds.
The towels were not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel … not that soft. The lighting system in the room was TERRIBLE. Although all the staff was lovely, “ turn down “ service was sometimes in the late afternoon. There should have been more than one robe in the closet (another was brought up when asked). There should have been a tissue box in the bedroom. One of the lights in the bathroom never worked.

Nice interior
Room 208 make excessive noise when using shower and wash basin.

great location.
great staff.
nice rooms and bathrooms.
restaurant is very good, albeit undergoing problems with staffing like the rest of London.

it’s central to allow of fantastic restaurants and shopping

Excellent location of the hotel. Being close to both tottenham court road station and oxford circus makes it even better located. The size of the bathroom is very good. Also I really liked the fact I can sign in to netflix and youtube with my user id, have seen that in a hotel before.
Room could have been a little bigger.

- The staff and the service have exceeded my expectations.
- The exceptionally unique design.
- The shower toilets/ E-Bidet (not sure what it's called).
- The high level of comfort.
- The complimentary water and sweets.
- The location.
- The overall vibe.
- The wooden card key is very cool.
- The lobby.
- The food.
- I wish all rooms included the E-Bidet/Shower toilet option.
- I wish they sold serviced apartments/flats.

Location is amazing, but not worth the value.. Technical problems with washrooms, Contractors and Constuction was active next room, so much dodgy noise

The lobby had a lovely atmosphere, with the exception of the Christmas decoration, which was absolutely horrendous with what looked like an creepy lady hung from the ceiling with a long dress made out of dull coloured drapes. The other venue/restaurant within the hotel looked somewhat impressive with high ceiling and sense of space. The service throughout was relatively swift. Location of the hotel is great, sadly though, plenty of rubbish bags is often left not too far from the entrance.
The room ceiling is low, room lights are too dim and overall the room looked dull. The shower felt dark too with little to no light. The air-conditioner was noisy and required plenty of effort to attempt to warm the room that I just had to switch off. The room switches were flimsy as well as the elevator buttons. The mini-bar was not refreshed daily.

great hotel, no big complaints. little pricey, but it’s an edition hotel.
stiff bed for my taste, but bed sheets were impeccable. the sound isolation in the room was pretty bad. we could hear our neighbors at night, which was quite awkward.
4.2
all the staff engaged me, gave good eye contact , offered me water while I was checked in . they were so happy. fast efficient and nice rooms.
nothing it’s a great place and the staff must love their boss .
4.2
every thing
rooms very small
4.2
architecture and room decor along with restaurant, bar and front desk staff - the best!
