Very good

Location, three bathrooms and separate kitchen. Easy walk to Buckingham Palace and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Building is in need of a spruce-up with aging lifts and entrance a bit tatty. Showers are small but modern.

Big flat, but work out your arrival details ahead of time or risk being stranded

Very spacious, especially for London, and with a well-appointed kitchen. Easy access to Green Park tube stop. Two keys were made available, which made things easier for me and my co-worker. Three bathrooms, one with a bidet.

No information or instructions were given for check-in ahead of time, which led me to suppose that there would be some kind of reception desk. This was my mistake, but when I called the host to inquire upon arrival, he was incredibly rude, really downright insulting. For a flat with detailed arrival instructions, those should be sent to guests ahead of time. Moreover, although spacious, the flat is definitely showing its age. One bed was comfortable, but the other was not.

If you're looking for a place to stay in the heart of London, I highly recommend this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect, with everything you could want to see and do just a stone's throw away. Not only is the location great, but the value for money is exceptional. The apartment is very spacious and well-appointed, with everything you need to feel right at home. And the kitchen is particularly impressive - it's well-stocked with all the tools and utensils you need to cook up a storm. All in all, this apartment offers the perfect combination of location, comfort, and value. I would definitely stay here again!

However, some of the light bulbs were not functioning properly, and the terrace could have been better equipped and prepared for guests.

would not recommend this apartment

the location was great. spacious apartment.

poor customer service, took days to reply to requests. the place was not clean even after the cleaner had been through. asked for clean sheets and was denied. we asked for an extra bed which we were charged and they gave us a broken bed that couldn’t be used. would not recommend

Staying in the centre of everything was great. A small touch in the property will make everything perfect

The location is exceptional. Easy to access and everywhere in central London is in the walking distance.

Actually we didn’t like the apartment concept. We would expect some sort of hotel concept like cleaning everyday and some complementary water and maybe fruit in the first welcoming day…etc. Other than that there are occupied areas in the property and some clothing staff of other people. Also the property needs some renovation. Space and comfort wise everything was fine. We didn’t see the owner but he tried to reply to all our needs and questions.

Sam, the person who takes care of the appartment is a very nice guy. He handed us the key, gave us his telephone number. We could contact him on any issue. I can strongly recomend this very spacious and cool appartment.

unpleasant and dose not deserve the value

only location and the space

they don’t provide any support at the time we arrived early, the were not responding to our call , there was a construction work close to building so it was very not comfortable and noisy during our stay and there was no instruction where should we put the garbage

The location is great, lovely neighborhood. The apartment is clean & well equipped and maintained. James was so nice and available all the time.

There is a construction work going on next building, which was noisy sometimes.

Good option to stay closest to the buzz!!

The best location one could ask for - close to the parks and the Green Park tube station.

Certain areas needed maintenance.

Perfect location for vacationing in London. Very spacious flat to stay with family including kids. Host was very accommodating and responsive to any needs.

Lovely apartment, best location, highly recommended.

Location was amazing. Walking distance to everything we needed. All you need for family accomodation, loads of room and fully equipped for all your needs. Round the corner from loads of bars and restaurants.

dirty and need of refurbishment, on arrival we were expecting to be in flat 7 which we booked but told we would be in flat 3. with the amount of food and personal belongings we thought we were in someone else’s apartment

All fine....enough space for a whole family. Apartement was very clean. From our point of view it's not possible to stay closer to the city center.

Overall - good 👍

Good location for everything you need and prompt access by pleasant staff.

Building work next door but that can't be helped and the noise was during the day was when we were out and about so very minor issue.

Someones apartment

In a good position.

Not met like arranged. Apartment smelt of smoke. Someone is living there as all their belongings are there. Place is dirty. We could not use the shower or bath as it was dirty. Very uncomfortable bed with slats broken. Heating was on a timer we could not control so was cold most of the time. Mouse poison boxes in the living room. Whole place needs a deep cleanse. Not a pleasing experience and will stay in hotels from now on.

great location but not worth the money

Location was fabulous

The apartment was not that clean, someone obviously lives there as cupboards and fridge were all full of food. many of the surfaces were not that clean, we had to wipe them down before using. the dishwasher was running so we had to empty that to use glasses.
