ogólnie dobry stosunek jakości do ceny...pokój klitka

usytuowany w spokojnej dzielnicy, kompaktowe miejsce w bardzo starym stylu, ale schludne...łazienka czysta.

problem z czystością, miałem w pokoju pokruszone szkło a sam pokój niestety klitka

One ,l hope to forget…Tier beautiful..

My room was not as advertised..Very Basic..Actually disappointed..Fourth floor, No lift ..I’ve got luggage for 3 months???

I would avoid this place in future

The room got a lot of light and the young man at the reception was very kind and welcoming

1. The room was extremely cold, the temperature outside was as low as -14C and the heating was below any logical minimum. I understand the need for energy saving, but this was just too much! 2. The room was clean during the check-in, but the towels had a wierd and pretty unleasant smell. During my 5 days of stay, they did not change the towels even once; 3. On Monday morning the breakfast finished at 7:30am! However, the booking information as well as the notice on the room door said it should have lasted until 9am. There were three of us that showed up at around 7:20am and we were not allowed to sit and have a quick bite, instead the lady told us to collect some food and take it to our rooms; this was very awkward 4. There is no elevator in the building and the stairs are very steep and slippery.

Exceptional

The owner is very friendly, speaks very good English. They also own a restaurant, which we did not know, otherwise we would have had dinner there. Breakfast is great. Free parking, clean and big rooms. They do not have elevator, which was not a problem for us. We spent one night because we wanted to see Trier on our way to France, and visit Karl Marx Haus and the amazing Porta Negro. Wonderful trip overall.

The location is a bit far away from city center. you always need to take train. others are fine.

lovely place

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was tasty and plenty of choice. We like this place very much!

Good

The lady on reception was very helpful and informative. The rooms were clean and breakfast was sufficient. The location was not far from restaurants and there were buses to take you to the town if required. We walked down to the river and into town that way. The area seemed safe. There was also secure parking free of charge.

Cannot really criticize anything under the circumstances of covid 19. Everyone was trying their best.
