Very unprofessional. Not reliable structure. I informed them I was arriving late and they did not wait for me. At 23:35, I informed the I would have arrived at 23:30 so I was only 5 min late, to be considered there is no parking nearby, they left me without any communication without a room! I felt embarassed for them. They do not deserve to stay in Booking.

The host was very thoughtful, he was always making sure that everything was good, even before my arrival, he called me to give me directions and offer help if necessary.
The price is very affordable, according to the price in the region.
The quality of the accommodation is good, I had air conditioning (that saved me from the boiling hot weather), the bed mattress was comfortable and pillows in different sizes were offered.
Small details were provided. Luckily, there was a plug adapter waiting for me, since my mobile charger plug was different. The host gave me some drinks for free in the mini fridge (which was amazing because I was really thirsty when I arrived). There was a good selection of breads, cakes, cold meats and drinks at the breakfast table.
It was a little difficult to find the place, because it is in a commercial building with stores. But the host helped through calling to find it.

The location is marvellous, the roof terrace give a resplendent view of the ocean at one end, the main shopping street below and the magnificent clock-tower and the opposite end.
Eugenio was a marvellous host and property manager, particularly giving of his time, local-knowledge and insight on cuisine and the best sites to visit.
The breakfast he prepares is done so with meticulous precision and the mini bar in the room has all you’d need get replenished after one’s travel to the property -the combination of goodies is finely throughout!
Nothing to dislike

The noice coming from the street in the night
0.5 / 5.0
Perfect location, city center.
- The room smelled like dust, but much worse, bed and bedsheets smelled like dust;
- I tried to get the aircon to work, but it seemed like it just wasn't doing;
- Furniture (bed included) is old and not really well put together;
- Cracks on the walls;
- Builders started working at 6am waking me up, super loud, AND someone (the neighbour? More than one neighbour? Walls are maybe thin?) was/were watching TV and talking on the phone, from 23:00ish to at least midnight, again incredibly loud, had to put a pillow over my head;
- A LOT of noise coming from the street, too;
- A maybe unnecessarily high amount of signs in the bathroom (FOUR signs over the loo, to be precise. Mostly in caps lock), explaining that 'YOU MUST' not throw stuff in the toilet, that if it gets clogged you'll be fined 200 euros, but also that if they are going to have to buy some product (can't remember what it's called) to unclog it I guess, it'll cost over 370something euros. The signs also state that their plumber/engineer is able to understand WHEN EXACTLY the toilet got clogged, so they will know it's you (I'm not joking) and, it doesn't translate properly in English, but something like "we'll be able to track the wrongdoer down". Follows, among other things, a weirdly precise, accurate and detailed description of 'the things' let's say, that are allowed to go down the loo;
- The shower makes some kind of loud noise at times, like an old engine;
- Not one, but TWO lamps with the cables taped up, right next to the bed.
- I got to the b&b and the host was 'polite' but it really feeled like he didn't want to be there or talk to me at all, he kept being super formal and I honestly felt uncomfortable;
- The host immediately started talking about money, he asked me if I had paid upfront, I said yes and he started looking for the receipt to make sure I was telling the truth.

Well located with a great deck giving views over the pedestrianised corso to the sea. The proprietor Eugene was very kind and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Heartlily recommend.

Vicinity to the sea, restaurants, shopping, ect. is more than exceptional!
Only one set of keys is provided by staff to guests- includes entrance to building, room and terrace.

The location is excellent - in the center of the city, surrounded by restaurants, bars, shopping centers and markets.
Big room, big bathroom and shower cabin, comfortable bed. A balcony, mini bar, and air conditioning are available for your comfort.
The owner is polite and helpful, ready to help you in any case.
The rooms are located on the 5th floor, but the reception is on the 7th one!!
The guest house is located in big building, where different apartments, other hotels and etc are located. So, do not expect, that the guest house occupy a single building.
In case of availability you can have check-in very early.
During check-in, you get many keys - a key for the main entrance, a key for the middle door, a key for your room. Too many keys... Instead of this they can minimum one digital card for guest house doors.
There is no everyday cleaning of the room.
The bath cube needs to be renewed - there are many black points and marks.

I liked the central location on the main shopping street, the size of the room and the very friendly host. The shower and the wifi was good, and the breakfast area spacious with a view down to the sea.
I didn't like to have to provide 100 euros cash deposit on arrival, as I had already paid for the room and it was not easy to find a cashpoint. This was in case of damage, such as blocking the toilet.

The room was big enough for the price we pay. There was the air conditioner and it worked fine. The location of hotel is close to the free beach, about 5 minutes walk. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel. For breakfast we got the chocolate croissant and additionaly the buffet was full of other snacks. The great benefit is the opened terrace with super view. Big thanks for the tasty cappuccino with chocolate:)

Dimora del Conte couldn't be more central. It's right on the main (pedestrianised) street between the station and the beach, which is five minutes walk away. The host Eugenio is very friendly and always ready to help. He puts on a big selection of food for breakfast which you can eat on the rooftop terrace.
Can't think of anything

Very good location close to airport (15 min by bus), railway station and bus station. The beach and promenade is about 5 min walking. Close to shops and cafes, supermarket is just at the next door. Very nice view from the terrace. The owner is very friendly and helpful and tried to do his best to make our stay comfortable.
Everything was ok.

This was a surprising find for us. it is right on the main street in a pedestrian-only area and the beach is a couple of blocks away. It is an upstairs acomodation, but there is an elevator. The rooms are very modern, spacious, and clean, and the proprietor was very attentive and helpful.

- sea view from the terrace,
- air conditioning in the room,
- nice balcony,
- friendly and helpful host,
- location (close to the beach, restaurants, train station),
- room and bathroom are bigger in real than on photos
- in general the room is quiet, but if you are a light sleeper, you may wake up when someone opens the door to the other room

Excellent central location, a short walk from the bus stop from the airport and a short walk to the beach. The owner spoke good English and was very friendly and helpful. He gave us some good tips of where to eat and where to go with children. The shutters helped make the room fully dark for a good night’s sleep and the breakfast was good. Nice view from the top floor. Pescara is generally a good place to go if you have children as there are plenty of activities for them.
Note that it’s an old building, sound may carry. The lift is quite small but can accommodate a couple of people with luggage and a pushchair will fit. There are about 6 steps up before you reach the lift.
