Spacious clean place
We added a person to our reservation and paid around 40 euros cash for this, although the apt was advertised as being for 6 persons.
Hot water didn t work for 3 days and the owner stopped replying to our texts.
Rooms were locked and we were expected to share a bed, as colleagues, and rooms were reluctantly unlocked afterwards.
Apartment was cold and the heating wasn't functional for most of our stay.
All in all, the communication and confort lacked.

The apartment is very large with large ceilings, two separate bedrooms with air conditioning, necessary set of furniture and towels and 2 bathrooms. Near the apartment there is a railway station (5 minutes walk), a grocery store (7 minutes walk), close to vegetable shops and a butcher shop (850 m), the sea (1 km). In apartment were 2 bikes, beach umbrellas, a washing machine, which was very helpful. Near the apartment there are many cafes and restaurants. From the bus stop near the railway station, it is convenient to get to the airport (price 1.20 by bus), the flix bus can quickly get you to Rome and back (about 17 euros).
plumbing in showers are outdated and when turned on, water spilled everywhere. There are no wine glasses in the apartment, which is surprising for Italy. There is no also vacuum cleaner, which is not very convenient given the sandy beach. Air conditioning in the big room with kitchen would be a very big plus.

Location.
It was cold in the accommodation at this time of year. Warm water in the shower only flowed occasionally.

The apartment is big BUT only 1 room is open. There were bikes available to ride around.
The apartment area feels really unsafe. We rented a 2-bedroom apartment but there was ONLY ONE ROOM. The owner is very rude and do not speak English (and does not even try to understand). Shower was not working. Check-out was at 10AM and they do not store your luggage so we were for 10 hours walking around the city (36°C) with our luggage as there is no storage luggage services anywhere in Pescara.

Spacious and clean apartment with air-conditioner, balcony, nicely decorated rooms, 2 bathrooms, basic kitchen utilities, fridge and freezer. Plenty of space for clothes etc. Separate bedrooms. Not far from the city center, calm area.
The wifi was not working and the owner was not keen to provide any solution. Some kitchen utensils were broken or not functional. One tv does not work (but there is an other one). Owner indicated that they speak English, but it was very basic.

Nice, clean and big apartment, located at around 10 minutes walk to the city center.
The owner sent me a message saying that we were 10 minutes late, after the established check-in time and that the next check in was after 2.5 hours. We have traveled 2000 km with plane and bus, in an unknown city and you can not expect someone to be at the exact hour, when there are things that one can not control. In the end, after about 30 minutes of not replying to my messages, the owner came and let us in, but not before he scolded us...
The wifi has not worked the entire period.

Very big apartment, clean and very well equipped with everything that you need. Very close to Pescara Centrale (the main railway and bus station).
The heating system was started after 01st of November, not earlier, but this was not the fault of the owner, but the authorities rules.

Very good location and clean.
