Pleasant Stay

"Staying at Joey's Hostel in their 4-bed dormitory was an absolute delight. The staff were incredibly amiable, and the vibes of the hostel were just right – relaxed yet invigorating. It felt like a cozy sanctuary. Moreover, the bed and washroom were impeccably clean, all credit goes to their diligent staff and management team. My best wishes to the hostel for maintaining such a distinctive and welcoming atmosphere!"

Solid value stay, nails the basics.

This place provides a clean, comfy, and pretty quiet private ensuit room. Hot water, cold AC, good wifi. Metro is right there or easy to get a cab/uber etc from the main road right in front. Stayed here several days trying to adjust from jet lag and explore the city.

They don't seem to offer set tours, just rather the thing of the day. We didn't honestly ask too much about it, but different from the sort of tour desk/options I've seen at hostels in other places. So we usually just booked online or else DIY. Area isn't super walkable.

Clean, safe hostel with great staff

Staff were friendly, helpful and available 24/7. The private ensuite room had functioning aircon, hot water and a large, comfortable bed. The room was overall clean and felt safe.

Walking tours, food tours, group activities would have provided some opportunity to socialise

Good location for visiting Old and New Delhi

We stayed in a double private room. The room is spacious for 2 people, the en-suite bathroom is modern, with hot and cold water, all toiletries (including toilet paper upon request) were provided and the AC unit was powerful and silent. The location is not exactly in the main tourist area BUT they are 5 min walk to the metro and from there you can go anywhere in the city. We didn’t join but they also provide tours to the main attractions of old Delhi for a good price.

They entrance looks almost like the building is been abandoned for years, with garbage outside and the name of the Hotel is almost completely washed away by time and the Sun. The general aspect of the common areas is OK but it could be cleaner and needs some care. Also, even if our room was for two people, the room had only one towel, the second one together with the toilet paper were provided at no charge upon request, however it would be nice if the staff prepare the room accordingly for the number of guests before hand.

This is one of the friendliest places for foreigners to stay.

This place is excellent for single travellers and tourists from abroad. The atmosphere is friendly. They have beds with curtains which gives privacy, but not all rooms have such beds, so before booking you might want to confirm this.

I wish the kitchen would be cleaner and some other common places.

I had noticed that the staff paid more attention towards foreign nationals and less towards Indians.. Though i would not name the staff member in particular (I noticed attitude problem in one of them).. K.D working there was the best person to interact..

There is something special about this place the warmth and kindness of the people which made me feel home. I slept like a baby. I will definitely go back there

Even the shower was better than the 4 and 5 stars hotel I have been. Nothing to dislike they are well organised.

Location is great coz it's near the metro station.. Didn't spend much time here but met really nice people..

No curtains for privacy and bathroom is not attached, you have to go through the common area.. Toilet doesn't have a jet spray so it's difficult for Indian visitors..

The staff here are excellent and very helpful. They will assist you in making plans and getting everything you need to get around India. Tony was particularly helpful

The location is further away from the city centre but there is a metro station only 2/3 minute walk away
