Below expectations, outdated & low value for money.

Spacious room with nice bathroom. Staff was friendly. Free shuttle to Ao Nang Beach was helpful throughout our stay.

Facilities felt dingy & outdated (eg. old patio furniture around pool). Pools were small and covered by trees - meaning no sun and constantly dirty.

Very good

This was our third time at Deevana (first two at Deevana Plaza). Krabi Resort is much quieter than the Plaza, which has many very loud Indian guests. Unfortunately covid has left its footprint here, many repairs will be needed. But the staff could not have done more to make us forget it, and made us having an amazing time in Thailand. So I hope that as many guests as possible will arrive so they can recover as soon as possible.

Due to post covid issues, breakfast is in the Plaza (the Krabi Resort restaurant is closed) so the breakfast is very crowded.

more fruits for breakfast, that’s really it. I think the breakfast is far too expressive …

very quiet resort, super nice staff, very clean, not humid in the room, great room, really enjoyed my stay here

breakfast is very expensive for what it offers, not a lot of fruit or cereal, quite a walk to the beach, but they offer a free shuttle 4 times a day

We will definitely be returning to Krabi and Deevana will be somewhere we'd like to stay again.

Really nice room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of variety. The room service was also really good, fresh and still hot when it arrived. Short walk to restaurants and a quiet market with good food.

Shower needs to be cleaned a little better. Portion of the swimming pool was out of order for our entire stay.

beautiful garden, multiple pools, quiet location

the standard room with “the garden view” doesn’t have a real window - only a narrow glazing next to the door that in our case looked into a wall. after complaining at the reception we did receive an upgrade, which is nice. the standard room though is overpriced in my opinion for what it offers. oh and the ac smelled damp in there. the staff beside one non-Thai lady at the reception wasn’t really helpful either

Lovely resort

Excellent staff, huge comfortable bed with nice sheets, good shower, clean room, very quiet location, lovely big bath outside

A lot of mosquitos in the room, room smelled a bit of damp, no privacy in outside bath-need to put a screen or more trees to block off the bath area from the public pool

We didn’t want to leave

We loved our stay at the hotel and we were very sad to leave. The room was comfortable, modern, clean and had brilliant air con. The staff were helpful and brought us more towels when we needed them, the location is just a short walk to the main bars/shops/restaurants.

The only bad thing was the shower pressure - the water just trickled out and wasn’t very hot.

The staff was very nice and helpful, we were upgraded for our first stay. The rooms are very beautiful and the free shuttle to the beach is really convenient. Our daughter liked the kids club.

coming from the villas, before the restaurant, there is a small street. cars can go faster than necessary there

bathtub in front of the accommodation, lounge chair in front, comfortable mattress, staff friendly

swimming pool was in renovation (without any notice), requested double bed and only got twins (no call back to inform if any availabilities for a change), shower pressure was very low, rooms are lacking natural light

Solid hotel, but not worth the money especially if you compare with nearby options

Position of rooms inside the complex The staff at the pool and housekeeping is great and very professional with positive attitude

Bad reception staff: except one person in the night shift (when we asked for extra room card) and the emails, most of reception staff is unprofessional with bad English and generally not positive (which is not the case for the other staff at e.g. pool or housekeeping) Bad WiFi - login: it keeps requesting you to login every few hours, and you need to type credentials every time (e.g. if I compare with lower rated hotel nearby, at least you didn't need to re-type very time) Breakfast has bad value for the money: and especially if you compare to lower ranked hotel nearby where the breakfast is 55% cheaper Room cards don't work: first one of room cards stopped working, then another one. Bad soundproofing / noisy: even if the area is quiet, you can hear the people above you but also people in the apartments next to you Bad WiFi - no WiFi roaming: i.e. your credentials don't work (at all!) in breakfast area Sunshades / curtains are not covering all windows: e.g. they are better in lower ranked hotel nearby

Better is possible.

I liked the framing, the trees, the animals and nature. The room does not have its own space to store clothes. The shower is good. Breakfast is basic, has few options for vegetarians and vegans, it is mainly for meat eaters. In six days there was only muesli once. Few jams. I ate only fruit and bread every day. Always a lot of people in the eggs, which made me not approach. They didn't give me back the 1000 bath, I didn't remember to ask for it and they didn't remember to give it back to me, maybe it wasn't on purpose, but it's weird.

It wasn't the friendliest staff I've encountered, they didn't remember to give me back the 1000 bath initial deposit and returning the scooter was a bit confusing.

Premium hotel for a good price

Room was fantastic. Very modern interior, super comfortable and very large bed. Great bathroom. We had a TV, kettle and mini fridge. Very clean! A lovely quiet getaway.

There was no window and the door didn't quite close fully. Even though the bathroom was fantastic, there was no real way to have privacy as it didn't have a proper dividing door. This didn't take away from our visit too much, but those who are a bit shy might want to take this into consideration. A slight negative was being called nearly an hour early for our pick up due to an error by the staff. Not the end of the world but meant we left the hotel on a sour note.

room is so great. location is not to far from the center.

it is the tree fence in front my room (1301) it’s dead and fall. there’s no privacy at all. i only use bathtub at night for privacy. a bit disappointed
