I love how safe I felt on the property. Everyone was so friendly and the service was top tier. I love the hammocks there were around the property. Food was good! The shrimp quesadillas is our favorite. The pool was clean, the private beach and caves were really cool. I appreciate the small details, we always had water in our fridge.
Maybe if you can add an extra mirror in the living or bedroom area. Totally not a big deal. I wish I had a mirror outside of the bathroom.
It would be nice to have a hiking/walking trail or map of the property to explore. I think a paper copy would be good or a photo of this since the wifi was sometimes weak when you get away.

The property was absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained. Amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. Beach and ocean pool were fantastic.

There is nothing I can complain about Paraiso Escondido, they exceeded my expectations.

From the moment my husband and I arrived at Paraiso Escondido, we were truly in paradise. The views were incredible and we felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. It was my birthday and Rosa was very kind to set up a beautiful display in our room of a variety of fruit and a decorative balloon. The food was delicious and we stayed there for four full days being spoiled by the staff and that is all we needed to feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated. This place is a hidden gem and we can't wait to return!

An exceptional stay at Paraiso Escondido - it's truly a hidden paradise. The location is spectacular and feels very private. The staff was incredible, especially the manager of Paraiso Escondido, Rosa Mejia, who goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable! The food was fresh and very delicious (seafood was freshly caught). The room, amenities, and scenic views were a special touch to such an incredible trip (a welcome fruit basket, the softest sheets, high-quality cotton towels, saltwater pool, beach, infinity pool). Lastly, we felt very safe the entire time. I will definitely going back. Thank you Paraiso Escondido!!
Everything was perfect!

absolutely gorgeous with a lot of attention to detail! Rosa and her team were also super helpful, friendly and kind.
for the price - it would be great if they gave you at least a bottle of water per person a day throughout your stay. And pupusas on the menu would really make it perfect!

The location is spectacular, great views, very private. Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant/breakfast was delicious! Would definitely stay again
It’s so close to being a 5 star experience that is only brought down by a few things that cheapen it (for $300 a night can you just give me a bottle of water free instead of charging $1 like a hotel mini bar? Why is the orange juice from a container instead of fresh squeezed in a country with fantastic fresh juice?) small dumb things overall.
Also definitely not for the mobility impaired at all-even as a moderately out of shape 30 something there were lots of steep paths/stairs to be wary of!

Loved the view from the restaurant, beautiful sunsets. Friendly staff and amazing cocktails! Food was great as well.
It is a bit of a drive from the airport and windy way to get there. Plan your time accordingly!

Paraíso Escondido is definitely one of the most beautiful places we visited in El Salvador!
A hidden paradise indeed!! We wish we could have stayed there longer but had already booked other places in the country. We now know where to come and stay longer next time! We highly recommend Paraiso Escondido to all those who need to escape to a true paradise!
The manager of Paraiso Escondido, Ms Rosa Mejia, keeps this place running smoothly to offer the best service ever! She is certainly very dedicated and goes out of her way to make sure her guests feel comfortable and right at home! She treats all her guests like family members. We happened to meet the owner of Paraiso Escondido and was truly a pleasure to have met him and hear all the wonderful stories about his enchanted paradise! He has done an exceptional job keeping this place beautiful for us all to enjoy! Our words do not express or come close to describe how magnificent this place is! You must go and experience it all by yourself and your loved ones! You won’t regret it!!!
We loved everything.

Just like the pictures. Our room was very clean. Staff is attentive and helpful. The property is gorgeous and serene. Food and drinks are great. Definitely a place to kickback and relax while enjoying natures beauty. You can hear the ocean waves from anywhere on the property, even with the doors closed. The drive to the hotel was simple and not as confusing as the directions. Also, security will escort you from their checkpoint to the hotel.

The appealing description and the beautiful photos in booking.com tempted us to come to El Salvador and book this resort. The real thing, however, was even more spectacular. Even though we’ve traveled to over 140 countries, always staying at the nicest places, this resort impressed us. From our ideally situated bungalow, we had a truly breathtaking scenic view. The room had a high standard, especially concerning the hundred little things that matter. Very well thought trough. The room service is immaculate. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The food in the restaurant is very good. They had a large variety of dishes. In San Salvador, we arrived at a modern airport, were picked up by a professional and distinguished chauffeur with a comfortable car. The resort is a sprawling and guard secured gated area in the woods, isolated , with a long private stretch of coastline, as long as the eye can see. An ideal place to relax and forget about the rest of the world. Within the resort, one can take long walks. Would we have had more time during our visit, we would, perhaps, also have taken tours in the area. But we only had four days and these four days were packed with leisure activities inside the resort. We are grateful to have had a chance to visit this place and would recommend it to anyone.

The property was beautiful. There were only 7 villas so it was almost like having the resort to yourself.
We spent most of our time at the infinity pool or in the hammock lounging area. We ate at the restaurant on-site for all 3 meals. The service and the food were excellent.
The room had lots of space and a walk-in closet & nice bathroom. There was a huge patio overlooking the ocean with a hammock, couch and table.
This property was on the cliffs so the view was pretty cool.
The tide was high and had washed up a lot of driftwood so we couldn't hang out on the beach. We stayed in the pool overlooking the ocean and were happy with that. We were able to get on the beaches of El Zonte (30 minutes away).

The resort was beautiful and intimate. Rosa and her team have amazing service and make sure all of your needs are met. She coordinated a driver for us and made sure we were well taken care of. The resort is small and not crowded. Very secluded from the rest of the country. Definitely a hidden paradise. We will be back.

Omg!! This place is a breathtaking. You would never found out about this little resort unless you someone else tell you about it. The name tells it all “A Hidden Paradise “... the manager Rose is amazing she make sure you get what you need, very friendly! By the way the all staff is very friendly. Totally recommend this place 😍

The food menu could be smaller to ensure quality over choice. Unacceptable to serve canned peaches as a desert in a restaurant in such a resort. Overall, the restaurant is not to the level of the resort.
