we had a great time and we will be back.

Great location, great position for the Sun pretty much all day between back and front. This time we stayed and it was very quiet however this is not always the case as we stay in different villa often and depends on time of year as to how many people are there.

There was no kettle but was not a major problem.

A well equipped property in a quiet residential complex, minutes from the marina,bars & restaurants.

Very well equipped property in a very quiet location, only minutes from the Rubicon marina. Complex well maintained. Nice to have a washing machine in the property, came in useful.

The only minor negative was the lack of a kettle, there was a coffee filter machine which was not suitable for boiling water for tea.

Second visit to this excellent apartment

This was our second stay at the apartment. The location, facilities and cleanliness are excellent. The apartment is in a quiet location yet a few minutes walk to access the restaurants of the Marina.. Lovely swimming pool on site. The complex was kept immaculately clean.

All was good. A small problem was addressed very quickly

very nice place to stay

Nice en spacious appartement; good bed; good locations (10-15 min walk to restaurants); good place to start a walking tour; small but practical terras (eating or sun bath); 2 bathrooms; quite place

swimming pool to cold to swim (probably normal for march); evening quite cold (bring a pull over); suggestion: light with sensor at the entrance at night; no relevant inconveniencies

We really enjoyed our stay here, very quiet location but close to Marina Rubicon.

Location of this property is excellent, very close to Marina Rubicon with bars/restaurents/shops, approx 3/4 minutes walk along promenade. Lovely pool and plenty of sunbeds. Property is spacious with dishwasher, washing machine and different seating areas, front and back to make most of morning and evening sun!

Our only disappointment was that on booking.com site it mentions a bbq and there was no bbq. Other properties at the development do have them but when we enquired via contact in Lanzarote we were told it wasn't allowed? Full oven and ceramic hob available in kitchen but wanted to cook outside and sit out and eat. No table and chairs outside though, although nice settee and 2 chairs.

The stay was ok. Bed was comfortable. Lounge and patio furnishings was poor. Not comfortable enough.

Absolutely fabulous!

Fantastic location, easy to check in, very welcoming and friendly host.

A coffee machine would have been nice, on the other hand...there are a few nice places in the Marina to get a proper coffee, but only from 10am. I like to sleep with the windows open, but the wind at night can keep you awake for a while. These were minor details and I would not hesitate to come back and/or recommend this lovely place to other people.
