Quietness
Lied to about our family and dogs. We booked a family holiday with out 2 exeptional train dogs. We paid , then told we could not take our dogs as it wasn't a dog friendly chalet, therfore we COULD NOT take our daughter or dogs,. They had to stay home. We had no offer of a different property although there were lots of empty chalets neither offered a refund. Reception was always closed early

Beautiful setting. Peaceful and quiet. The lodge was equipped to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds and great bathrooms. The kitchen had all the equipment and utensils you'd need. A real home from home. A lovely location for visiting the surrounding area. Supermarkets close by.
It was perfect. There is nothing to dislike.

The home was so well equipped with appliances and cooking equipment. We were able to wash and dry our dirty cycling clothes which was a luxury. The area was very beautiful and for the most part peaceful. The home was very warm and the furniture was comfortable. Had no major issues at all.
>The ceiling lights were pretty bright (even when dimmed) and right at eyeline so very intense on the eyes - it could've done with some ambient lighting like a lamp.
>The home really could've done with more hooks/places to hang coats/towels. There were no hooks!

The solitude
The short walk to the door my back hurts, not your problem. The tank museam is ace , monkey world has apes that wear clothes, the slopes are harsh

It wasn’t very clean ‘we cleaned before we unpacked

I liked everything, very cleaned.
I didn’t liked that it is was just 1 bin bag, they can put more because we was stayed 4 nights.

The lodge was large, quiet, private, stylish, comfortable, well equipped and, at the price I paid, a bargain.
I understood the site closes in the New Year for maintenance etc and my lodge needed a bit of that - loose knobs, scuffed walls etc But it was December when I was there and I wasn’t surprised by this. The only other thing is that I really would have liked a coffee maker of some kind - I hate instant coffee.

Clean, good location, modern interior, good facilities (pots & pans, hot tub)
Wifi didn’t work the entire time, would only connect for 60 seconds then disconnect

Our Juniper 2 Premium was very comfortable, spacious, well equipped and had a forest view at the back, giving excellent privacy for the hot tub area. The heating was very effective in a mild mid autumn outside temperatures. Warmly recommended!

The lounge area was a little dusty ... toilet paper was so cheap, quality

Everything was top quality. Bedding, crockery, cooking utensils etc. Starter pack of washing up liquid and sponge/cloth with Dishwasher tablets was very welcome

Beautiful location, everything was perfect except for the cleanliness - dog hairs and price.
The accommodation was covered in dog hairs on the sofas

we stayed in a hazel 3 and was well pleased with every thing , a very good size for three adults , very clean on arrival and a very modern lodge.
the on suite shower was a bit small and I know you are still very aware of covid but its a shame we had to check in between 5-6 and check out at 9

The check in was quick and easy, the location was good for Poole,Bournemouth,Weymouth and Swanage. The Hot Tub was really nice.
The facillities were non existent. Could of done with a Shop, perhaps a small swimming pool. We were told there wouldn't be any cleaners because of the situation with covid which i fully understand, but they could of supplied us with possibly a broom and mop to do it ourselves. I was a bit disappointed with the state of the cover of the hot tub, this was tatty and torn.

Very quiet site good relaxing holiday
Bit of damage in accommodation that reception seemed un aware of when we reported it
