it was nice comfy and well located

the receptionist was very accommodating and very kind she was also very helpful and the location of the hotel was very good most of the attractions is nearby and walkable

the restaurant is on the fifth floor and unfortunately the hotel do not have a lift so it was tiring taking the stairs but the view on top was amazing

‏Bad hotel that is good at lying to customers

Nothing , bad experience

I made a reservation for two nights, but left after less than 24 hours, for the following reasons: The walls of the room are full of insects and spider nests, and the bed covers are worn out, old, and have holes in them. The breakfast photos are not real, and the meal is nothing but bread and eggs.

lovely budget hotel, epic lady running it, quite, safe and cosy,, love from Pakistan

well located, dead in the centre of the old city a friendly safe budget hotel (budget being the key word) with a multi talented lady who is the chef, the cleaner, the receptionist and the security guard lolz, sometimes she's also the porter and night attendant, we could easily send her to fight the trojan army and she would probably win.

it is a budget hotel so expect that, the breakfast was very very simple and not that great, no spoons in the room

Great location and wonderful hotel!

Beautiful hotel in the centre of old city area, metro station is 2 minute by walking. Beds were very comfortable, reception works 24/7, staff very helpful.

Worth to stay in that hotel.

The location of the hotel is possibly the best. They gave me 2nd floor which was the best thing i could ask for. The room was very clean and the staff are so polite. Breakfast was fair enough. An excellent stay and highly recommended.

For me the furniture is little bit old style.

Very good hotel in center of Baku.

Hotel situated in great location. Many local restaurants, shops, supermarket, clubs right at the doorstep. Walking distance from Old Town. Staff is very good. High level of cleanliness. Very comfortable beds for me. Room was not big but for the price its worth it.

Pleasant hotel in the old town

It’s centrally located in the old city near to dining and the relevant sites

Not a tea person here. The coffee at breakfast was instant and no milk or sugar.

Disappointing

Location is good, wifi works well, AC works, it is a quiet place

Horrible breakfast, it is nothing like you see on the pics, it is a big scam from their side, they have several pics of breakfast here on booking.com but what you get is a small served breakfast which includes an egg omelette, low quality mortadella, cheese, a few pieces of cucumber and bread (not really fresh), for drinks there is only a tea, not even water or a coffee, big disappointment and absolutely not worth it. Besides the breakfast, originally we got a horrible room with a broken mattress where it was not possible to sleep, also this room had no windows/views as booked. They changed the room after we said we would leave and book another hotel (fortunately we didn't pay at check-in right away). Suddenly there was a free room which they gave us. This room was better but still quite bad - we saw cockroaches, the sheets were dirty and generally it didn't look clean at all, well yeah the price is low but not worth it anyway. We would rather stay somewhere else next time and thus we cannot recommend it.

Hotel is not same ask they booked

Location

booked the hotel when we reached the person on reciption ask to give us cash, i paid. he call someone else to pick us from the hotel and give him 10% less money. Onces we reached the second hotel i got to know that they are out of rooms and still booking continue on booking & other sites. I asked them to refund person refund 10% less money which i paid just 10 minutes ago. Unfortunately I'll have to go first hotel to resolve the issue

Exceed my expectations!

It is the second time I'm staying here. I will come again for my next trip to Baku. Old City Inn Hotel has a great location, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Also, I rate cleaning 10/10.

The only good thing is the location. All the sight seeing are a walking distance. Kasamasa restaurant outside on the main road is amazing. It's a budget inn. Stay if you coming in to sleep only. Check the bed, they don't change sheets. Our sheets had hair and blood on them. Toilet stinks keep the top down and door closed. Skip breakfast not worth it. Go to Kasamasa restaurant it's on the road where the taxi will drop you. Great food, great people. Reviews on breakfast lady are so true, she came in late and left early. I was there working from 6, she came in at 845 and left 945. I went down to get my family only to find the restaurant closed. It was my blessing. I went to Kasamasa restaurant and they had great food, the manager hooked us up with a taxi driver who took us everywhere, to the. Mountain, came to pick us up, had dinner with live music at Kasamasa restaurants, slept at their hostel, was amazed by the divine connection. Go eat there, trust me, amazing. Drink the local tea and eat the local eggs with tomatoes. No gluten free anything in baku brinng your own. Lol
