Our 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo offers luxurious furnishings, kitchen with granite countertops, hardwood floors, jetted tub, washer/dryer, flatscreen HDTVs (Showtime and HBO) in every room, a full service kitchen and more.

We had a great time in Park City. Condo is on Main Street, close to shopping, restaurants and as an added bonus the Main Street Arts Festival was in town the same weekend which added lots of other events and things to do. We had a great time.

I rented Mathew’s place for a date weekend with my wife, and everything was perfect! Check-in was simple and easy—Mat sent a detailed message with everything needed. The condo was fantastic! It’s spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. We loved the giant bed and jacuzzi tub in the master suite! The location and amenities cannot be beat! True ski-in/ski-out with the lift literally 100ft from the door! Ski rental/tuning shop is in the building and mere steps away; community space/grill on the rooftop; hot tub on the rooftop and we met wonderful people while we used it. Tons of shops, restaurants, bars, and art galleries are all within walking distance. You simply cannot beat this condo and location for a shredfest!

There aren’t enough words to describe how perfect our stay was at Mathew’s Park City condo! The location is amazing - steps away from the Town Lift - and we were able to rent our skis, boots, and poles by taking the very convenient elevator right to the second floor. There was even a ski valet that kept our equipment overnight for us. Mathew also has a heated private ski locker for those wet and cold ski boots at the end of the day. The condo is also perfectly located to walk up and down Main Street where there is a plethora of shops and restaurants. Parking was sooo convenient, and the fact that it was in a covered parking garage was a bonus. The condo itself had everything you might need and was very tastefully decorated. There were only two of us and we both appreciated the fact that we each had our own private bedroom and private bathroom. I highly recommend Mathew’s place - you won’t be disappointed.

Unit was nice however the beds were very uncomfortable and the linen was nothing to write home about. The kitchen and living room and fireplace were as expected with wood floors. Location was excellent.

Town Lift was so convenient, and the equipment rental is right there at the lift. Also, valet storage at the lift, as well. Great Restaurants within walking distance. Unit is clean, and well stocked for adult family.

Beautiful modern two story condo with an awesome location on Main Street. Across the street from the Egyptian Theater and lots of great bars, restaurants and galleries. We enjoyed the condo and would stay here again!

My wife and I came to Park City for a wedding, and to visit friends. We loved the Condo! Couldn't have been closer to everything we wanted to do. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The Condo was very clean, nicely appointed, kitchen had all the supplies for meal prep. Bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent, bed very comfortable. Instructions were clear and concise. We would recommend this condo very enthusiastically

The property was cute and comfortable and perfectly situated for walk to dining, ski in ski out...didn’t need a carTwo issues...first is that the signage and the instructions to find the proper parking, trash and especially the unit was inadequate. Second, when arriving late, no one was available to help. We got a text the next morning. By then we found our way but it was not easy. This could readily be solved with a floor plan for the building sent in advance. Despite this, we had a great time and would be delighted to stay again

Pros: Location is amazing right on Main Street and by the town lift, cannot say enough about the locale. Condo is well maintained with all the amenities of home. Ski locker was great. Close to restaurants, bars, Apres ski and shops. Roof top hot tub was great and almost always open. Con: floors are freezing, maybe because it is above the garage? Can hear main street late night. Internet slow

We loved this condo! You can’t get a better location for a ski vacation just steps from the town lift which was perfect for our family! The roof top fire pit and hot tub are a nice perk. All the comforts of home and in great condition! We will stay here again!

This was a great property and wonderful location. You are right on Main St. and a 30 second walk to town lift. Having access to a hot tub on the roof was a great benefit as well. Loved this place and would stay there again!
